the upside was having the spare part available within a few hours.
but this only depends on my geographical area, i live in west africa.
In the US the spare part was half the price!
The negative experience was to discover that no one in this structure clearly knows the shipping methods, in fact, the cost of shipping this spare part has risen by 50% based on all the initial plans.
I was offered a shipment via post and from the United Arab Emirates, with the commitment that the piece would be delivered without additional costs.
On the other hand, the post office of the United Arab Emirates uses DHL as their courier, and customs costs of approximately €350 (20% of the value of the spare part) were applied upon arrival of the piece on the national territory.

I ordered a gear and pinion kit and there was an item been sent that doesn’t match with the kit. It is a major item which is the gear and pinion itself. I’ve been contacting them for more than a month and every time I get a feedback that they will refund me. Then after more than a month they told me that they will send me the missing part. The issue is the technician I deal with has opened my differential already and the car is out of service and stuck at the workshop.
Keeping in mind that communication takes a lot of effort in order to reach for someone or you get a feedback on what’s app telling me to simply wait!
Haven’t been through such bad experience it was an eye opening for me. Never trust an online store except the well known ones.

Very good communication and fast shipping but the two rear brake shoes for my yaris are really wrong although I gave you the chassis number .you delivered to me wrong parts.

I bought from them because they are local company in UAE, but the prices are not that competitive, they add lot of margin to the actual prices, and the worst thing is after sell support, one item suppose to fit my car according to them, but it was not, when I ask for return, they reply with very unprofessional reply, their goal to sell once they do that they will not show any support

Terrible customer service. Was told that the order will be late and refused this and asked to cancel the ordered they refused and also the order will arrive late. Non-existent customer service. Do not recommend them at all.

Great service, I needed a part I couldn't find anywhere else and Hatem made the right recommendation for an alternative that fit perfectly and allowed me to use my car again. Really appreciate it.

The item was shipped after two weeks. In between tried reaching the team to get some update if the order is under process. No response over the phone and WhatsApp.Surely not happy with the communication part.
