Good customer service is more than handling customers who have problems (that's a complaint dept.). It begins with the first contact a customer has with your company. Good customer service looks like this: Make sure you represent a product or service you believe in! Then...Warm, sincere greeting on first contact. Establish whether your business has what the customer needs (offer to help find it)-provide it or suggest better alternative, to their benefit. Develop an easy, positive rapport with the customer which lets them know they are respected and appreciated. Provide an easy way to complete the transaction. Sincerely and warmly thank the customer for their business and invite them to come back if ever they need your help again (in whatever way is appropriate in your case). Actually, that's excellent customer service- and it keeps people coming back to you.

Orderd a full set of mats & boot liner for my Mazda, all were dilivered ok, BUT......
if you have 4 mats with 2 holes in each, how many fixing clips do you need !!!!!!!
yep I thought it was 8 but someone decided to send me 4???
Fortunatly with a phone call that I should not have had to make, I have been promised
the outstanding clips sometime today? 15/07/13 (main order dilivered friday 12/07/13)
Fingers crossed.
On a positive note maybe the orders should be cheeked more methodical.

Took to long to deliver

Cheaper than local, including VAT and shipping. Only one thing: Trunk Liner arrived folded and some fold marks remains.

I had been looking for a few parts for an '05 Mazda RX-8 and found the best price for some aluminum door sill plates (the OEM ones with the RX-8 logo) on this site. I knew that it was located in England and that shipping might be a bit high, but even with shipping the total cost was half of that of the next best deal.

The price for shipping (£20) was well worth it, though, as it turned out to be UPS Next Day Air. The plates came in very quickly (a few days as it was over a weekend) and in perfect shape. They look absolutely stunning and I can't wait to slap them on my car.

I was notified of when the parts were shipped and given a shipping confirmation quite quickly. I had been worried about ordering overseas, but I definitely had a pleasant time ordering from partsmazda.co.uk and would love to again.

I ordered a mat set for my Mazda 2. Arrived very fast and is the original Mazda set. Very pleased.

There's a lot of floor mats for RX-8s out there, but I wanted genuine Mazda mats with the RX-8 logo sewn in. If you're going to make the car look good, it's worth paying an extra few quid to have the genuine article. These look great and are a perfect fit, and the anti-slide bar that is provided to prevent the driver's mat from slipping around was easily installed. Result!
