I was skeptical about Parts Warehouse and saw mixed reviews so I thought I would share my experience.

I needed the lower assembly for my Skil weed whacker and I could only find the whole head so I bought that somewhere else. After doing some research, I found out that this part gives out frequently so I went on my search again for back up parts.

I found the lower assembly only at Parts Warehouse so I ordered 2 as that would be what it cost for 1 head. I was excited because literally no where else had it. I wasn't in a hurry since my part was good for now. Much to my dismay, the order was eventually canceled and refunded indicating the part was not available.

A month or so later I got an email that the part was now in stock. I thought what the heck, I'll try it. I ordered 2 again and this time the parts arrived! I got notice of it shipping the day after I placed the order. It was a bit slow but they got here after a week.

So the site is legit but I recommend only ordering if you have time to wait and have some patience.

They had the exact part that I needed at a reasonable price along with inexpensive shipping. I am happy to recommend PartsWarehouse to others.

Ordered a part and then tried to cancel the order. Called numerous times (no live person answers and you have to leave voicemail), texted, and emailed. Really do not have the time to chase them.
This morning, I get an email that the part has shipped.
Terrible service.

This company actually had a clip for my dryer which is very old. I reached out to Home Depot with no luck and found parts warehouse online. Delivered a day earlier than expected.
Truly grateful.

The parts were exactly what I ordered and the shipping arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

I purchased a part and used a virtual credit card number to pay for it. Three months later someone tried to use that virtual credit card number that Capital One has solely assigned for use at PartsWarehouse for a $1500.00 purchase elsewhere. The purchase was denied. I telephoned PartsWarehouse to talk to them about the incident . I left a detailed voice mail message, but never received a call back. As far as I can tell either PartsWarehouse website was hacked and the virtual credit card number obtained or someone at the company tried to use it. Either way it's not a safe website to order on.

They can claim they did not receive a voicemail message from me but I know I did leave one.

Paid for 1-3 day del extra, but took 10 days to get parts, should of just have gotten regular del

Ordered some parts for my snow blower and everything arrived fast and all parts were exact match. Thank you! Will be buying from you again. Way cheaper than getting someone to fix something. Just a few YouTube videos and parts from parts warehouse and I am back in business.
