Ordered banners, bunting, plates, napkins and candle all for 18th birthday. All products were good quality, lovely colours (pink/gold mix) and arrived quickly. Would definitely use this company again. Much better choice than I could find in shops and reasonably priced.

After looking online at several party decoration suppliers for a 90th Birthday celebration I found Party Decorations UK Ltd one of the best for choice and price. Package arrived swiftly and I was happy with the quality - would most definitely use again.

Wrong Items sent.
Ordered 2 packs of bunting for a 50th birthday party amongst other items. All the other items arrived as ordered and had no issues with them. However the main eye catcher was to be the 24 feet of bunting... However who ever packed it put 2x HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY in the box.
When I notified the company ( Anna ) I was told it was a minor mistake!!!!
If I had ordered bunting for a new baby boy and they packed for a new baby girl...would this also be a 'minor' mistake?

if you are considering ordering from this company make sure you do so in plenty of time so such mistakes can be rectified.

EDIT>>> Your reply is totally untrue and I have emails to prove it. Stop trying to make yourself look good and me look bad..Anna NEVER started to look for a courier to send it for an overnight.
Straight away she said it was not possible to ship out the replacement. ( Do you want me to post the emails on here to show you are lying?) Actually this is one of the emails from Anna...

I'm afraid we have sent all deliveries now until Monday so we are unable to get them to you in time. Thank you for the photo, i will arrange a refund, please dispose of the 18 buntings, you do not need to return them. Please accept my sincerest apologies.

I have another earlier email clearly stating that she will not send out a replacement.....
At 16:04 when it was clear was not going to get a replacement sent and Anna was just offering a refund it was then that I said...

Thank you for the reply. Please make sure that you do not ask the idiot who mistook a 18 for 50 to do the refund. Perhaps you will be better served if you do employ robots.

The reference to robots was because Anna said we employ people not robots and we make mistakes. ( Which is actually true because a previous review states that balloons were sent instead of banners )
You clearly have a problem with your packing/checking control.

So as stated ,when replying do not lie and pretend that you intended to ship out overnight when quite clearly you had no intention of rectifying the 'minor' mistake.

I would love to know what Anna perceives as a major mistake.

I will definitely be using this company again. Ordered products, delivered 2 days later. Very good quality. Delivery was slightly wrong. (Received balloons instead of banners) emailed company, got a response within minutes and they are sending banners out today and I get to keep the balloons. Great customer service! Which is rare these days! Well done

Absolutely amazing easy to select and lots of choice easy to order and very quick delivery all in tact and fantastic quality I bought these for my grandsons 1st birthday party but didn’t go overboard in case the quality wasn’t great but I wish I had ordered more but I’d left it too close to the event.
