Do not buy helium from these people!!!
I recently bought two large canisters for my daughters birthday party that, according to the Partyhallen website, was supposed to be enough for 100 balloons. When I used the helium, I got 20 balloons from one canister, and just 8 from the other! So, a total of 28 balloons instead of the advertised 100!
This was extremely disappointing as I had plans for my daughters party and thought that 2 canisters would be more than enough.
When I contacted Partyhallen, after making me take photos of the balloons and the helium, they proceeded to blame me for the useless product.
First, it was the fault of the balloons: "30cm is bigger than an average balloon size" - which it is not, 30cm is the average balloon size, and the same size that Partyhallen sells as "standard" on their website. Secondly, "you didn't buy the balloons from us, so we cannot confirm that they are good quality". I used high-quality balloons that were made specifically for helium use.
Then they said that they contacted the manufacturer of the helium who assured them that the helium was fine. What a joke - of course they would say that about their own product!
I have also noticed that there are more reviews on here that complain about their sub-standard helium, but apparently it is everyone else's fault but their own.
Overall, a very disappointing experience where the customer gets shafted.

Our helium tanks are sourced from established suppliers and are the same type of products sold by many major retailers. We do not manufacture them ourselves. Each tank is pressure tested by the supplier before shipment, and we also perform a check before dispatch to ensure there is no visible damage or leakage during transport.
The stated number of balloons per tank is always an approximate value. It is based on a specific balloon size and normal filling level. In practice, the result can vary depending on factors such as the balloon’s exact diameter, how firmly it is inflated, and the balloon material. Even small differences in size can have a significant impact on how much helium is used.
Helium itself does not vary in quality in this context. If a tank is not leaking and the valve functions correctly, it contains the specified amount of gas. Differences in the number of balloons filled are almost always related to balloon size and usage rather than the quality of the helium.
We requested photos and serial numbers in order to open a case with our supplier and investigate whether there was any issue with this batch. This is a required part of the investigation process and is done to properly assess potential faults. The supplier reviewed the batch but did not find any reported issues or deviations in fill level.
When we asked about balloon size and type, it was not to place responsibility on you as a customer, but to understand all factors that affect helium usage, especially when the balloons were not purchased together with the tank.
We truly regret that the product did not meet your expectations in this case and understand how stressful this situation must have been. Based on the investigation carried out, we were unfortunately unable to confirm a defect with the tanks.
We appreciate all feedback and use it to improve the clarity of our product information for future customers.
