Purchased a few items on the 29th of April I was very impressed with the quick delivery turn around promised. 5 weeks later I have had no contact or response to both of my emails the first requesting an ETA and the second asking for a refund. Don’t waste your time or money on this site!!

No order received & no refund despite my requests/demands. Next to no contact received. Unable to contact this company via phone. Total scammers.

There should be a no star option for Party Supplies Now. They take the money but don’t provide any products. I purchased some party supplies from them on 29/12/2018 and have never received anything. Emails are not answered and there is no contact.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star! Very unprofessional, purchased a cardboard cut out of Elvis for my aunts party. Never received any updates on item being dispatched. Called a mobile number that I found on google and was told I'd get a call back within an hour. 24 hours later after calling, texting and emailing still heard nothing. I had to put my number on private before they picked up! The lady laughed at my complaints and told me I'd be getting a refund. Very unprofessional and highly recommend no one buys through this company.

Ordered products to the value of $142 on 22 November. Now over 2 weeks later I have still not received them. I have sent multiple emails and received no response.There is no phone number to call.
Absolutely awful service. Really wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them.

Purchased a product in April 2018 for $249. My money was obviously taken straightaway. 4 weeks later I contacted the company as I hadn’t received my product. I was told that they were out of stock at the time but the supplier was sending more and they would be dispatching it within the week. The next time I checked my status it said “dispatched”. I waited another week and again after not receiving anything I started to get suspicious. I contacted the company via phone-no answer. I then emailed them numerous times. Finally I got a message back saying they were sorry and would be sending it. I waited another couple of weeks with no delivery. By this stage I was furious and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I never got my refund and therefore I started writing extremely negative comments on their Facebook posts. They eventually blocked me and sent me a very rude email saying they had a disabled daughter (of which I didn’t understand how that effected how they ran a business). They then promised me a refund. Nearly six months later and numerous emails sent by me to their company I have had no refund or delivery of product. I have put in a claim with my credit card company and am waiting for them to reverse the payment made to Party Supplies Now. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DISGRACE AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO MORALS. THEY ARE THIEVES THAT ARE HAPPY TO TAKE PEOPLE’S MONEY WITHOUT SUPPLYING PRODUCTS.

OTHERS PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PARTING WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY & READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS ON HERE AS WELL ABOUT THIS COMPANY: My friend L.... purchased a Diamond Star Crystal Lazer Light a Lighting effect on 12th September 18 for myself as a present, (was secret and a surprise-boy it sure was!) for a show I do, she received an automated email Quote from: "Once your order has been packed you will receive an email letting you know it has been sent" yes one would think "all Good as they use "Eway" quoted as being "secure online" also adds to how one would feel you were dealing with a great company they even state this on the actual advertisment-(actual copy & paste 11.14 pm Sunday 23/09/18)

Okay note what it says "Immerdiate-same day despatch" & "In Stock get in quick", yet we have had no advice that it had been sent or not sent!
Lin sent a request via their so called "24/7 customer support on the website and recieved back 2 emails stating the very same as the very first one sent as above, she then sent another enquiry to the same 24/7 support and it stated from -well I think it was a human,? Quote:

Well the morrow came and no-nothing happened so took the matter over as L... was stressed thing she had done $227.00 I sent several to them replying via this email..Nothing, and nothing & nothing so I found their number, yes you guessed it-No answer just the not available voice & try later, no message bank so I then got alarmed as this business seemed to be in "Were not here mode" something that alarmed me further, I have since left messages on their facebook page, no reply, left a bad review-of course it was not put on their site as a comment because I guess it was a bad one so don't believe what you read as that is normal as they want to be seen as a good business that cares about you, I have also left a negative report on yellow pages and was the firs of many to come! MORE but don't believe me about how good they are, if you want to go to their WEBSITE home page you will find many more great statements as to how good they are the best and why would the average "Joe" suspect any different after looking and reading, it is all so good, it is unbelievable & you'd better believe it-it is unbelievable and reading all these other bad reports very far from the facts. I have since got L... to contact her card supplier and cancel the payment, something all should do if they pay by credit card & have difficulties with any business- but even better don't deal with any business that will not have a "Paypal" service as that is a giveway, any reputable business does same as I do I have found but L... did not-now she does now though, Paypal will stand by you and your purchase if they are not willing to refund or come to the table. Report them to facebook as a scam and facebook will also enable you to send them a message-so it is not like L..., & I haver not done all we could just to get an "All is Okay" message from them-doubt we will as nobody is home or they are just ignoting us? Yopu can also report them to "Scamwatch" and consumer affairs, if they get too many complaints they WILL eventually do something? there are also other reviews that can be filled out out there-I have just started but am by no means finished and have noticed the answer comments with threats to you that lodge true facts, Deffamation is based on "False" claims not factual that you also have obviously experienced and wrote factually about as I have here-so fat chance there, bring it on people do you worst as it is YOU from my experience with you & reading comments here-that makes false claims & statements to mislead people into buying "Quickly" before time runs out at midnite-yes I just checked & "MY SPECIAL PRICE IS STILL $227.00!" is still there that fooled L... and so apparently by your own legal statement you do have the light and still selling more without fulfilling standing orders first like L...'s and that is illegal, FRaudulent at best & it is you that is breaking that law-just ask "Amie" you know the "Lucky Your With Amie" fame from the royal commision last week, well thgey found out all about false and misleading statements, you picked on the wrong "JOE" or "BUNNY this time-that I can assure you as I & L... are customers and yes we are not very happy!!
