I had been searching for the elusive Omega Seamaster Cermet "Black Tulip" for quite some time, and I was fortunate enough to find it through PASHA WATCHES, owned by Pasha Zaharoff. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
I proposed a trade, offering two of my watches in exchange for the Black Tulip. After a few prompt and professional email exchanges, we quickly agreed on the terms. Pasha even arranged a video chat where we discussed watches and finalized the details of our deal. His passion and deep knowledge of watches were immediately apparent, making the conversation both enjoyable and reassuring.
Once we came to an agreement, I shipped my watches from Canada to Estonia for inspection. Pasha took care of everything related to shipping and insurance costs, providing me with a prepaid shipping label. Upon receiving and inspecting my watches, he promptly sent out the Omega Seamaster Cermet "Black Tulip" the very same day, covering all shipping expenses once again. Just three days later, I received the watch in Canada without any issues with customs or delivery.
The watch arrived exactly as described, in pristine condition. Pasha even included spare parts for the movement and extra bracelet links, a thoughtful gesture that truly exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.
Communication with Pasha was outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions I had. His professionalism, honesty, and genuine passion for watches made this transaction a pleasure.
