You are completely right, we should always respect your order and send exactly what you chose. It does sound like there has been a slight mix up with the labels attached to the items which we can only apologise for.

Thanks for reaching out, though we are incredibly sorry to hear that your latest items didn't live up to the quality you’ve come to expect from us. Having a tag scratch your forehead or seeing a top fray after just one wash is definitely not the standard we aim for!
