Thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment caused by this situation. We completely understand how frustrating it is to look forward to your gear only for the parcel not to arrive.

Because we take delivery issues very seriously, we opened an immediate investigation with our courier as soon as you let us know your order was missing. When they were unable to locate your parcel, we officially deemed it lost.

As a company policy, we do not offer automatic replacement orders, which is why a full refund was issued to your original payment method right away. We do this to ensure your money is safely returned to you as quickly as possible rather than keeping it while a package is missing.

We absolutely want to make this right and help you get your items. Along with your refund, we have sent a free shipping code to your email so you can reorder the items at no extra delivery cost to you.

We are incredibly sorry that this experience left a sour taste in your mouth, as this is never our intention. If you have any trouble finding that free shipping code or need help replacing your order, please reach out to us directly at hello@passenger-clothing.com and we will gladly assist you.
