I had a really good experience with Pass Expert, managed to find 3 tests for me in isleworth which is a really difficult test centre to find availability in. I would really recommend Pass Expert for anyone struggling to find practical driving tests in London without hassle!

This company is a scam, I can’t get back to Abid (the director), which I have been trying to get a hold of to get a refund. He does not answer and also does not have any professionalism.
I did do some classes with my instructor who by the way told me that I was in a “mindset of failure”, which is as a learner, not something you want to hear from your instructor, as well as him not believing in intensive courses which I took with him . After delaying my two intensive weeks to four weeks, he booked me for a test but then didn’t check with the instructor if it would work, and the instructor couldn’t do that time. Therefore, paid for an intensive course, did not do any test at the end and now Abid has just gone quiet for the last three months. I can’t get back to him, neither get a refund.

Oh my God!!! I couldn’t belief my ears when Abid called me after one day of contacting him giving me choice of two good close dates, all within three weeks.I’m really happy and impressed by this service, reliable, trustworthy, effective and quick.
