Abid came through on his word, he was confident he could find me a driving test booking before my theory expired and he delivered! Absolutely fabulous service, replied to queries and questions very quickly and is brilliant at what he does.

Every one who need driving test soon Pass expert is for you !!! I tried two diferente company for fast track practical test cancelation and i pay a lot of money and they dont do nothing for 1month and half , i get my refund and i try the next company witch i find Pass expert , i speak with Abid he is verry nice guy and he need less then week to find me a test and booked for me in my area , now my test is after 3 week no need to wait octomber , i cant believe it !!!

Can't thank Abid enough for his help getting my daughter a driving test months earlier than we thought was possible. Highly recommended ! After being messed around multiple times by another company a week before my test and moving my test date further by a couple of months I thought I’d take a chance and try somewhere else to see if I could get my test around the time I was ment to have it originally ( less than a weeks time ) I rang up up pass expert and was amazed on how professional and fast they got me my test ! Not only did I get a date booked I got it a day earlier then I was ment to have my test originally, very well mannered and professional ! I will be recommending pass expert to my friends in the future for sure !

I was looking for a crash course to take and came across Pass Expert on google search. Once I’ve contacted them they were very helpful and transparent with setting me up with the right instructor, according to my needs and location which I really liked.

My overall experience with PassExpert wasn’t the best. The instructor was nice and helpful and overall I felt confident for my test. This was however until the week of my test where I was meant to have 5 hours of lessons before hand. This didn’t happen as my instructor decided to go back to Poland on the week of my test and due to lockdown restrictions, he could not come back in time for my test. I was then told that I could either cancel my test or go ahead with an instructor who didn’t even work for the company. Bearing in mind I did 13 hours of driving the previous week in the instructors car and adjusted to it well to then be thrown under the bus at the last minute and have 1 hour and 30mins before my test to learn a completely different car. I was stressed about the whole experience and felt the situation wasn’t dealt with professionally and my experience was very rushed and unorganised towards the final week. I’d didn't get all of the hours I paid for and have requested a refund for those hours as I paid a lot of money for the driving course.
