Misleading charges
Misleading charges. You thought you were subscribing for a month, but the subscription service will automatically renew and charge you every month. My biggest mistake was to pay with a credit card. To cancel the auto-pay instruction, now the only way is to cancel the credit card.

Refuse to refund even though their product does not work! They asked for screenshot which i sent. I went through their procedures several times and they have the nerve to say I wasn't cooperating and refuse to refund my money.
Horrible service horrible manners. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
