A must purchase for the NOVICE computer user!
In 2023 I couldn't get into my desktop so I went looking for ways to gain access. There were several products out there, but some wanted too much money for such a simple task.
When I checked out PassFab / 4WinKey it was extremely easy to use and is fairly priced.
There is one drawback, it doesn't always complete the USB boot drive burn. It reports that you need to shut down security but isn't very clear about how to find the conflict and there isn't anything on the website that I could find for help.
To the author: please attempt to make this problem go away. Your code should only be creating a bootable drive with your software on it. Imagine if every time you wanted to copy a file from your computer to an USB drive it gave you fits.
On the other hand, the author did get back to me rather quickly over a holiday weekend. That shows dedication and the willingness to resolve issues.
To future purchasers; be sure you understand it is a 1 year 1 pc subscription purchase and install. If you only need it for a couple fixes then be sure to request that you are not charged automatically each year.
Considering the price and ease of use this is a valuable asset if you are prone to forgetting or losing logon passwords and you will not be disappointed at how fast the problem is fixed.
