I bought 4 tickets for the Europa Park in Rust(Germany), and I had a trouble right in front the entrance of the location,because they couldn't recognise my tickets and even couldn't call of the numbers which is existing on their website, even the Q code couldn't recognized. I DON'T RECOMMEND this resource for buying any tickets.

We are very sorry about the problem you encountered. Unfortunately, due to a configuration error, the system generated tickets that were not compatible with park admissions. Our support moved as quickly as possible and 10 minutes after your report we provided you with new tickets to access the park. Although we tried to contact you several times we had no response. In addition, the park itself reported to us that you eventually entered albeit with invalid tickets. We apologize again for the inconvenience caused to you.
