Passion Fit is a Cheltenham based Triathlon Coaching Community led by Coach Loren Ward alongside husband Tom Ward. We are not coaches of ‘Triathlon’, we are coaches of PEOPLE that happen to specialise in Triathlon! Whether you are an aspiring age grouper, professional triathlete, a complete beginner, wanting 1:1 coaching support or you simply want to be part of a positive, encouraging and engaging triathlon community, we have the package to suit you. Our packages are suitable for you whether you are local, or further afield. We can work with you both face to face or remotely. At Passion Fit, our coaching is so much more than simply writing you a training plan. With a limited number of coaching slots available, your coach will be fully dedicated and engaged in your journey as if it were their own. Great inclusive community and coaching
I’ve been coached by Loren from PassionFit for a couple years now and have found the journey rewarding and a pleasure. The coaching approach that they provide is adaptive and responds to tailored goals and allows for differing levels of commitment due to other life commitments, this results in an enjoyable experience and continuous improvement

I’ve been fortunate enough to use this facility several times under the careful and watchful eye of Passion Fit Coaching’s IM 70.3 worlds qualifier and highly successful swim and triathlon coach Loren Ward
This is a first class, easily accessible facility in the headquarters of a world class triathlon and triathlon coaching team.
The sessions are geared towards the individual, nothing generic here, and you leave with practical and common sense feedback including notes from your session and copies of your video analysis.
I have no hesitation in recommending this facility, and will be heading back there in the spring to take advantage of one of the brand new offers
