Like everyone else I was scammed. No reply of emails or PMs, no dispatch email, nothing came after 2 months from ordering, and the facebook is still updating. Should have found this website earlier. Hope some kind soul will get the police involved!

Scam website. They'll take payments and will not fulfill orders. I purchased seeds from the website and soon after I received an order confirmation. Few days later I received another email confirming that the seeds have been dispatched and to wait for another few days for delivery tracking number. I need my money back. How can i apply for the refund???

Few days later I received another email confirming that the seeds have been dispatched and to wait for another few days for delivery tracking number. So I waited patiently but never got the tracking number as promised so I decided to email their customer service with the contact details provided by the website. No reply was given. So I emailed again and still no reply. I thought maybe no one was in their office considering that they are based in Singapore and Chinese New Year is a public holiday so I waited to send them an email again. Still no reply. So I decided to check if they have social media and found them on FB and I sent a direct message hoping someone can assist but the automated reply saying I would get assistance faster if I were to send an email to the same email address that I've been sending to where I never got a reply. Payment was taken but I received nothing for it. On their FB page it seems that they delete negative comments probably also from other customers. I know this because they can delete comments but cannot delete reaction emotes and there are a lot of angry emotes. So taking money and not sending orders out is probably common practice for this website. They can't come up with excuses like customs probably holding it because I would have received a card in the mail to sort it out and they also can't say it was lost since no promised tracking number was given to me. They can't say it's running late since again no promised tracking number was given to prove that it was sent out in the first place so how would they know it's delayed (they charged me expedited delivery). I've ordered items from Singapore to the UK in the past with regular mail and I received them within 2 weeks. It's been almost 2 months and still nothing. Avoid spending your hard earned cash on this website.

This is scam! Stay away! The seeds I ordered where of some unknown plant. At the end my order was partially refunded.

What should i say haven't received my order and not reply at all buy the seller.... Beware
