Poco affidabile

Spedizione partita con 20 giorni di ritardo, servizio clienti poco affidabile con varie scuse (abbiamo avuto ritardo, ordini sbagliati, domani parte, è tutto ok, è in transito, porta ritardo, non è andato nei pacchi espressi, arriverà in 24 ore, parte lunedì).
Ho dovuto insistere per avere la garanzia, altra attesa di 8 giorni per avere la fattura (l'articolo doveva essere nuovo).
Arrivato il prodotto (autopilota st1000+) aveva un attacco presa elettrica non funzionante (si accendeva a scatti), per non ripassare dal loro servizio clienti e aspettare tempi biblici, ho mandato la presa in assistenza ufficiale raymarine che è stata prontamente riparata. Dopo una settimana di utilizzo si è sgranato un'ingranaggio. Vengo quindi a sapere da Raymarine UK che secondo il numero di serie, l'articolo era stato venduto a luglio 2023 ad un altro rivenditore.
