After much consideration, I decided to install photovoltaic panels on the roof of my house. I contacted Passive Instal to discuss the matter further, and after an initial assessment, they offered me a consultation at my home. They suggested several options, each tailored to my needs, and I decided to go ahead with the installation. Their knowledge, equipment, professionalism, attention to details, and top-notch customer service distinguishes them from all other so called installers, while excellent customer support dot the i's and cross the t's! There isn't really much to add, simply whole of the team went above and beyond.

From start to finish, everything was handled with great professionalism. Łukasz, who prepared my offer, was extremely helpful – he patiently answered all of my questions (and there were quite a few 😊), explained everything clearly, and removed any doubts I had before making the decision.

The installation team also did an excellent job – they inspected the roof beforehand and carried out the installation of the solar panels and car charger quickly and efficiently. On installation day, the crew worked impressively fast, completing everything within a single (long) day despite a bit of miscommunication with the scaffolding. They were still able to fit the panels on both sides of the roof, which was a great effort. The installation itself was done to the highest standard, with all cables and wiring neatly tucked away, almost invisible. Indoors, all connections were cleanly run to the garage, where the battery and inverter are housed. The end result is fantastic, both in function and appearance.

The Passive Instal team is not only skilled but also friendly, approachable, and highly communicative. Any questions are answered quickly, and you genuinely feel valued as a customer. We even ended up with 14 panels for the price of 12, which was a nice surprise!
