Wow.. what a fantastic service and highly recommended. My dogs vet was going to charge £250+ and couldnt give me an advanced appointment.

Passpets done 30 days in advance. Paperwork completed via email and the visit was nice and easy. Highly recommeded in everyway. A++++++++++++++

Being nervous about the amount of AHC forms that are rejected at the port or Eurtunnel I wanted peace of mind that mine was done correctly. Gemma was super efficient and the lengthy complicated form was completed in a very stress free process for which I was very grateful. The price is excellent too.

Excellent service and great price compared to our vets. Everything was explained very well and good advice given. Gemma and Guy are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them.

Was a bit sceptical on this service when I first enquired.
But I was wrong. This is a first class service, simple to arrange and everything was explained thoroughly.
We were also told what part of the certificate we had to have completed before our return.
Everything went very smoothly and we all had a great time in Austria.
It was £99 where our vets were quoting £120.

We were refused access to our ferry because of our vets incomplete health certificate . They responded immediately and helped us by facilitating an immediate appointment . Everything was fully explained and very good price . They will be our future go to for certificates .

What a wonderful company to deal with, very personal. It took the stress out of our holiday planning and everything was explained to us. I sat in the garden in the sun while the form was completed, perfect. thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing people who saved our holiday due to us missing documents for our dog to travel abroad, we had around an hour to get the documents printed and signed and get back to the ferry on time and we even got there with time to spare!

Passpets, What a great service, we booked a trip to France last minute and then realised that are dog Lola needed a health certificate instead of her pet passport to travel, we didn't know what to do, Recommended to us by friends was passpets they took all the worries out of the whole ordeal of getting this done and the cost was far less than our vets
would recomend and use on our next trip

Passpetshavant vet clearly understood the paperwork required and so the majority of the documentation was prepared in advance by email. Their advice on the status of one of our dogs with a French passport already, was spot on. The documentation for our UK passport dog was clearly explained completed absolutely perfectly and the brief visit to confirm the dogs chips etc was timely and convenient. Their service was perfect.

Would recommend PassPets to anyone needing an Animal Health Certificate for travel to Europe. Not too far from Portsmouth Ferry Terminal. Very thorough & professional. Gemma went through the certificate, page by page, explaining any possible errors that could be made. Very reassuring as this is the first time we have taken our dog to France post Brexit. Brittany Ferries commented how well it had been filled in, as they have had to turn people away with minor errors.
