Your order was dispatched and you ought to have received it long ago. It would have been much appreciated if you had informed me that you have never received your item and a new set would have been put in the post to you for FREE.

Excellent service. Delivered in time and good quality printouts. Service can be improved a bit if a notification in the form of email can be sent when the item is shipped. Anyways, I am fully satisfied with the service because it is simple and efficient.
