Great communication before and after trip

Communication was great. All the information we needed was given at the beginning. The house was spotless and in the perfect location couldn’t have been any better.

Easy communication and everything as described

Our stay in Cambridge was made truly enjoyable thanks to the excellent management by Wenwen at Pass The Keys. From the very beginning, communication was clear, prompt, and helpful, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The property itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for our arrival. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into ensuring everything was in great condition, from the fresh linens to the thoughtful amenities provided. Small touches throughout the space made it feel welcoming and homely.

Wenwen was always available to answer any questions we had and responded quickly whenever we reached out. This level of attentiveness really stood out and made us feel well looked after throughout our stay.

The location was also ideal for exploring Cambridge, adding to the overall positive experience. Everything about the stay felt well-organised and professionally managed.

The Pass the Keys team were quickly responsive to my initial enquiry which was great and much appreciated as time was against me and I needed accommodation for a couple of nights asap. The apartment blew us away as beautifully presented and perfectly placed and very, very clean. All communication was prompt and professional and they clearly know what both customers and property owners need and I will look for properties they manage in the future.

Excellent communication through the whole process. A gorgeous apartment, providing everything we needed for our Belfast break. Super clean warm comfy cosy and felt very home from home. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Belfast with great location to titanic museum and plenty of things to do near by.

We enjoyed staying in the cottage, was quiet and peaceful. Good access to walking and kayaking. Beautiful part of the country. Pass the keys were very good with communication and providing all the information we needed.

The flat was very convenient and ideally located, making it easy to get around the city. Having parking right in front of the property was a big advantage and made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, with all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants just a short distance away.

Our visit to Hinstock was extremely relaxing as we had a house within a cul- de- sac hence, very quiet and peaceful. The house itself was spotless and very modern, although cosy and welcoming. The garden was neat and tidy and once again a haven to sit in. Pass the keys were very helpful and had great communication skills.
