This group does not even deserve 1 star. Clearly they steal photos from other legit companies and what they send is nothing like the product described. I had the same experience as many others with a so-called "ponte skort" Cheap, small, NOT ponte

I have had the same experience. I have sent 3 emails requesting a return label. No response. They did however not send the items I cancelled in the email I first sent about a return. However they didn't refund the money for the item I requested to cancel.

Do I HAVE to give a star? That's how awful this company is. I accidentally ordered a pair of "sassiest" pants from them. I had previously ordered "sassy" pants form a very legit company called Betabrand. The phishing email from Pastbrand looked SO much like the Betabrand ones, and the price point was about the same, so I ordered. Yes, my mistake, but trying to get a hold of ANYONE at Pastbrand was a nightmare. Their version of sassy pants was SO cheap, shoddy, flimsy - not enough adjectives for dreadful. AND, I'm stuck with it (well, it's in the donation bin) They DO NOT give refunds, only store credit for more cheap crap. Now, why would I want MORE of the same garbage? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will be sorry.

I ordered a “Ponte skort”, but what I received was absolutely nothing like the one advertised. I payed for a skort made of ponte (a stretchy, thick double-knitted jersey fabric), with elasticated waist and a proper pair of inbuilt shorts, sized XL. What I got was something vaguely resembling a skort, but made of a non-stretchy, thin, woven polyester fabric, and with the supposed shorts made even flimsier.

The whole item was also totally the wrong size (or, more likely, never meant to be worn at all). On top of it all, the “skort” had no tags at all, neither for the brand, the size nor the fabric composition, and it was shipped without a packing slip or returns label.

I have contacted the company about a return and a refund, but have very little hope. Their website even says (should have read it before!):
“ We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.”

TLDR: Avoid this company if you can.

I too bought two skorts and what I received was nothing like the advertisement. Size questionable cheap quality and complete rip off. They have not replied to my numerous emails requesting a refund, no telephone number on website either and credit card will not initiate a chargeback.

Absolutely do not buy from this company. I ordered a 2xl denim shirt. First of all, the shirt was in no way denim fabric. Secondly, This supposed 2xl could not even fit over my head. When I asked to return it, I was told that it was too costly and that if I kept it, they would give me a discount on another item. What part of "it does not fit" was not understood. Why would I want more of their cheap quality merchandise. Caveat emptor!

I ordered the skort and what arrived is completely different than what was advertised. It is extremely poor quality, very cheap fabric, no labels, and inaccurate sizing. There was no packing slip or return label, so I contacted the company looking find out how to return it for a refund and the reply was that it costs too much to ship back so I should just keep it and they will give me a discount on another purchase. Are you kidding me??

I purchased two pairs of skorts from this company and only one pair arrived. They advertised stretchy fabric and great fit but the fabric was that horrible static shiny fabric on the outside and the cheap static nylon lining in the inside. ABSOLUTELY horible - now fighting for money back and return. No reply
