Super soft drying gloves
The drying gloves are super soft and I love that you can tighten them to fit. These will really handy by the back door and taking them away too. I like that there is no excess towel dragging around especially when you have a wriggly puppy. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this business! The delivery was super quick and the product is such high quality. (Wish they did a human robe in this fabric!) we have a Newfoundland/bernese and the size is perfect for him, we got the 4XL. Highly recommend and will be buying from them in the future :)

Nice robes / design not suited to my small dogs
Ordered 2 robes for my small dogs. Used the size guide and information on the website to make sure I got the correct size. Robes came nice quality and colours but unfortunately the design of the robe not suitable for my dog. The front of the robe comes down too far at the front restricting the movement of my dogs legs so much so she just stood there and wouldn’t move. Unfortunately as it was a sale item I can not return. Customer service was quick to reply and helpful but now I have 2 robes I can not use. Had such high hopes for these robes . Might just be a problem with the smaller dogs.

We responded to your message within half an hour of receiving it and continued to assist you throughout the evening, doing our best to help resolve the issue. The robes you ordered were part of our clearance sale, as they are our original Gen 1 design which has since been replaced by our improved Gen 2 version. It is clearly explained on our website that clearance items cannot be returned but we did offer you an exchange in this case.
The Gen 2 robes have been specially designed to better accommodate all breeds, including smaller dogs and those with shorter legs. They feature a repositioned belly strap and a cut-out around the front legs to offer much greater freedom of movement. While most breeds do fit well in our Gen 1 design, we did receive occasional feedback—like yours—that led us to make these enhancements.
We explained this at the time and offered an exchange for the new Gen 2 robe along with a 20% goodwill discount. We also sent multiple images to guide and support your decision. Ultimately, you chose to keep the Gen 1 robes, which we completely respected.
We genuinely appreciate your support and hope you’ll consider trying our Gen 2 designs in the future. We’re always here if you need any help.

Absolute staple piece!
Honestly a staple piece in our house, especially with a dog who likes to get as soggy as possible on every walk! Whether it’s after a soggy walk or after a bath, we use ours daily in the winter months. The quality is fantastic and the choice to have it personalised with your pets name just gives it that special touch, wouldn’t shop anywhere else! We’ve also recently received the new settle mat and I'm obsessed, my pup will happily lay on it for hours while eating out etc she loves it. 100% recommend to anyone considering shopping at pastel pooch!! 💖

Can not fault these robes! Truly one of the best things we have ever purchased for our dog, the colours, the quality and the sizing. You truly can’t go wrong! My dog wears these after being in water on walks which doesn’t interfere with him needing to go the toilet/he wears them after a bath and after his hydrotherapy sessions. Quality of the drying coat matches the quality of much more expensive brands.....haven't used yet but fits superb....went down a size to rhe length measured as another coat I brought using measurement was huge....this fits perfect
