I've been following Nicola Candian for a year now. Sometimes it feels like I keep hearing the same things over and over again, but on the other hand he needs to repeat a lot of stuff for whoever is new.
It is funny that I am following a path on my entrepreneurial journey that kind of contradicts a few things that he has been telling for years. I had to start with the smallest budget, I don't have the best location, I didn't have the money to invest in good packaging, or an inviting interior design for the sales point. Obviously struggling to make a decent earning for myself but thanks to his small hints here and there and following my experiences, I made it to a point where I can finally start investing in the way I manage my small business. Grateful that they make a few sales during the year that I get to pay a small amount to get a couple more hints from his vast knowledge and experience, and hopefully I will manage to get to a point where I will have all the numbers under control sooner than later. As soon as I can leave the production to my bakers and actually start concentrating on things that carry the business onwards.
