Total scam! Placed an order and was never received, although they said it was delivered. Sent several responses, advising product not received. They then said they were refunding payment. This went on for a while, back and forth. Never received item. Don't waste your money with this company! Total Fraud!!!

Natürlich gibt es die Sendungsnummer bei China Post gar nicht. Alles großer FAKE!

Waited for a month, they provided track718.com reference and said delivered without delivering the product.

So…that old saying ‘if something looks too good to be true’ then this is the prime example. Minding my own business on Pinterest (they aren’t verifying the authenticity) and these beautiful sofas appear very reasonably priced and the dimensions are not doll houses ones. Do not trust this company and I think two others selling the same product under different names

Patimini is a SCAM. I ordered a steamer in August and never received it. It’s been a month.

This company is a scam, they got me last year because I thought ads on Pinterest were trustworthy. I've been bugging them about a refund for fun and I'll give them credit, they won't break character. Following them they have changed their company name at least 3 times in the last 10 months, likely to stay ahead of being reported.

20th of June I purchased a stair stepper. Six weeks later. I contacted patamini to see where it was as it hadn’t been delivered yet I have asked for delivery details dates company of delivery etc and have not yet received such. First I was told to be patient now. Received email fri the 1st aug 2025 being told it’s been delivered. Well not to me or at my address it has not!!!!

Ordered a stair stepper 8+weeks ago contacted them recently twice so far to see where it is and asking for delivery , PATAMINI wouldn’t give me any details of shipping and now saying it has been delivered. Well not to me it hasn’t. Isn’t the norm a photograph of delivery? Wouldn’t mind seeing that imaginary photo. Will be contacting consumer affairs tomorrow!!!

Update,
still haven’t received item. Spoke with consumer affairs on the 2 sep 2025 at length whilst they did some research. Was told to contact fraud department at bank. The bank cancelled my card and then started a funds reversal.
