PATCHES EXPRESS - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered patches for an event and made that clear from the start. They guaranteed delivery by a specific date, which is the only reason I even purchased. The shipment got lost. I asked for a refund multiple times since the patches were only needed for that event, and they knew that. Instead, they went ahead and reordered even though I requested a refund multiple times. It didn’t matter to them that the patches would not arrive on time. What’s worse, the patches I ended up receiving were a mess. Totally different from the approved proof and clearly not inspected before shipping. Wrong colors, unraveling, pulled from the edges, distorted image. Nothing I can do now but throw them out. Terrible practices! These ppl have no reviews anywhere. It’s my own fault for not checking. I hope this review helps someone. Save your money for a more legitimate business.
