I forgot my password and could not log…

I forgot my password and could not log in to my account because the email resetting the password never came. It took me a few minutes to go forward as a guest but about 4-5 appointments I was interested in were already gone.

I’m sorry but I do not understand…

I’m sorry but I do not understand German. I hit the ENG tab on top but only parts were translated I signed and checked areas that I could not read

As a temporary solution, we recommend disabling automatic translation functions into German (e.g. with Google Translate) for the website. Bad user interface

Bad user interface, some functionality doesn't work. You could formally select language, but actually only unimportant fields and fields which is clear without translation will be shown on selected language. All other really important information still on original language. Stupid system.

No Support and No Emails, Urgent Case

I have tried to book an urgent appointment today through the portal but did not receive any new password-activation emails. As a result, the service blocked my account until next Monday, which is the last thing a sick person wants.

I had to use my work email to create another account to book an urgent appointment for the next day morning, but even there I did not receive any emails. I have an online appointment, but have no link or whatsoever idea on how I will enter the video chat with my doctor. There is no customer support contact details and even the email they mentioned on this page earlier, does not work (my email was returned as undeliverable).

Your service let me down at a very critical moment and I am deeply disappointed with it.
