Liers and Cheaters
They tricked me about the monthly installments. Our contract is 730 DKK monthly for 12 months, but they started to send paper invoices with 750 DKK from the second month. When I asked why, they said it is because I have not linked the loan as an automatic self service to my bank account, and they are sending the invoice by the paper mail. I linked the loan to my account, but they sent the invoice with 750 DKK this time in my eBoks. I called them and they said they will send separate invoices and I have to disable automatic payments. I did it but they sent two versions of invoices (one to my email with 730 DKK and another with 750 DKK to my eBoks. I just paid the 730 DKK invoice, but they sent a penalty invoice as I had not paid the 750 DKK invoice. I am going to make a complaint to the Police.
