I have warts in my mouth, genitals, and other parts of my body, and this test was negative for HPV. I don't recommend it.

I had pain in my flanks for over a year.
I had pain in my flanks for a very long time and nothing was ever shown in the doctors office. I found this company by researching in Facebook groups. I ordered it and got results in about 5 days. My doctor gave me the correct antibiotics and now I'm hopeful that this has been my issue for a year, was having issues with electrolytes. I hope to make a full recovery as I finish the medicine. It's just nice to have an answer as to what has been wrong. Thank you Microgen DX!

Horrible
Horrible, rude billing staff. They incorrectly submitted the test to my provider's old office and then billed me out of pocket for it. When I called to get them to fix it, they told me that the clinic, not the physician, is the provider, and that I was on my own. This is incorrect, but they refuse to correct their billing, even though this provider is still currently in practice elsewhere and her name and ordering information appeared on the order and the bill for the test. I've called three times now to try to clarify the issue. Overall, they are hostile over the phone, and you can't talk to a supervisor. Feels very sketchy, like they are running a scam. I would never use them again, as my feeling is that if you can't get clarification on billing, how can you trust their results? I know the lab and the billing people are not the same, but the overall lack of care and poor attention to detail are red flags for me. This is a newer business and seems destined to fail. There are competitor PCR tests out there, and I'm hoping for a more professional and detail-oriented service experience with one of those. Definitely don't use these guys unless you wish to be sorely disappointed.

Medical billing is a complicated process, especially when the technology is so new, and insurance carriers insistently search for every opportunity to avoid paying claims. We'd appreciate it if you could reach back out to us so that we can resolve this issue. At present, we are unable to bill out this test because we are missing necessary information. We initially encountered issues because your lab requisition was flagged as possible fraud, which we now know was a misunderstanding. We contacted the clinic using the information that was provided on your requisition, and they told us that they had not authorized the test, and the signing provider was no longer employed at that clinic. At the time you were billed, we had no other information regarding your provider being at a new location. Fortunately, we have since been able to track down your provider at their new office. They have confirmed the test authorization and provided an updated lab requisition. We are now trying to get the remaining insurance information from you or your clinic, but would appreciate if you could call us and provide that information so we can proceed with submitting to your insurance.

I received my results in just three days. The report was incredibly detailed and easy to understand, which made it simple to discuss with my doctor.
The support team was fantastic, both online and over the phone. They answered all my questions promptly. The accuracy of the results was impressive, especially since my kit tested for both bacteria and fungi—something not typically available with standard lab tests.

Hard to confer with current doctor on the findings. High bacteria? where? What? Treatment options in English? Current erologist just blew it off and I have no recourse as no way to actually understand it all.
