Good umbrella, but tilt button failed.
I purchased this exact umbrella just over 4 years ago and have been very happy with it. But today I found the tilt button had sheared off -- appears to be metal failure -- which means the umbrella cannot be held in position. Out of warranty, for sure, but expect better quality than this. Today purchased a new one -- it's still better than any previous garden umbrella, in my experience. But think I have the right to expect better quality.

I purchased the Woodard Briarwood High Back Coil Spring Wrought Iron Lounge Chairs and Woodard Wrought Iron Mesh Round Bistro Table with Umbrella Hole. This is the best outdoor furniture you can find. Everything is welded so this will last for the long run. It is worth every penny!

A very annoyed customer
I'm a very annoyed customer - this is an unreliable company that has been stringing me along for months!! I ordered 3 pieces of outdoor furniture in February and received them in JUNE without the cushions! Customer service has said they would expedite the cushions. It is now August, and I still don't have them, which means peak season for my new furniture has been lost. PatioLiving is completely unreliable, has had my $$ for 6 months and my order is still incomplete! The worst!
