Can’t get anyone to answer, items missing… won’t be here for Christmas, even though I wrote in plenty of time… God knows you can’t reach a person. Over a lipstick n blush.

I didn’t receive my shipment.The customer service is terrible.I contacted them many times after almost a month of waiting for my order and they replied that they could not contact international courier.I will not order again with them.

Nobody knows anything. They ship weeks after you place your order. They send tracking that is invalid on purpose, and after 2 weeks of waiting for the tracking to work, emailing back gets you nothing. Even if it takes 60 days they will avoid emailing you until the day your package arrives. When you contact them for international shipping the third party vendor has order numbers that are not given to the customer so it’s intentionally impossible to get support. It’s the worst, slowest, customer service. They truly have no idea what they are doing. Whoever is in charge does not know a single thing about running a business.

Why are you charging so much money for really poor quality packaging? They completely fell apart literally in a months time. I can’t put them in my bag or use them anymore. Full bullet of 4 lipsticks unusable !
I regret buying them. And I am nervous now to give it another chance

I live in the UK. I was expecting ordering from the US to be pricey, and that it would take a long time to be delivered to me. I was wrong. I ordered on a Thursday evening and the product was with me by Monday afternoon, delivered by DHL, with no shipping charge. What a fantastic service from this company, thank you! Also, the kohl eyeliner is absolutely amazing. Will definitely buy again.

I love their products, but sadly, their absolute horrible and despicable Customer Service overrides their products. After placing an order with Pat McGrath and getting a confirmation as well as my card being charged immediately, two weeks later, I had not received my order let alone, any notification it had shipped with tracking information. I contacted the number listed for their company but of course it didn't work. I sent an email through the "contact us" on the confirmation email I had received when I originally ordered inquiring as to the status of my order. After another week with no response, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as this is not the first time this has happened, and I also notified Paypal what had transpired, that after THREE weeks, I'd not received my order, let alone, any info pertaining as to if my order had shipped, and of course, no tracking info. Paypal immediately launched an investigation, and contacted Pat McGrath Labs. And of course, I followed thru with yet another email to them, notifying them I had filed a case with the Better Business Bureau and with Paypal. Of course the very next day, I received a notification from Pat McGrath as if nothing had ever happened, containing the words "your order has shipped" with USPS tracking information.
That was five days ago, and USPS is still showing that "only a label was created and my order is not in their possession." Paypal also notified me that Pat McGrath Labs informed them my order had now shipped, however it appeared they informed PayPal it was shipping via FedEx. Same tracking number, but different shipping company. FedEx showed that my order would arrive by yesterday, which it did not. Now it shows it "may" arrive today but is pending. USPS still shows only a label has been created, and it's not in their possession. This was supposedly shipped from Edison, New Jersey. While shipping delays are obviously not Pat McGrath's fault, the horrid and terrible lack of customer service is DEFINITELY the company's fault. Do Better.

Poorly made lipsticks and even more cheap representative behavior. I bought one of their matte trans lipsticks. It stopped rolling up and down in a month and fully fell apart after! I had to transfer the lipstick into a jar to use it!! So I shared my experience on their instagram lipstick post thinking they’d hear and improve… they blocked me!! Then I googled and found out they basically block any criticism to create fake popularity! I thought everyone loves their products till then! Not buying a single thing from this brand again and I’ll post about their cheap quality as much as I can!

Twice I've brought from this website and loved the products. There is free delivery and twice I received my order within 3 days one within 2 from New York very surprised. I have asked questions and received answers very quickly. I had a very good experience over all.

Absolutely terrible customer service they’re horrific people

If I could give more stars I would, I ordered some items from the sale and they arrived within 2 days, from USA to Essex. I had heard about this company a few weeks ago, researched Pat McGrath and decided to try some of her products. I do like a bargain so when I saw that there was a sale I ordered 3 items, and received a free gift too. If I had seen the reviews I probably wouldnt have bothered. I am impressed, and I will definitely purchase more items in the future. From one Pat to another..... thanks!

Stay away from ordering from Pat Mcgrath. Was tempted by the sale prices and know her products are excellent HOWEVER, the customer service is awful. Ordered on 09.08.2023, paid £159.00, to date , nothing received. Chased on 16th/23rd/25th. Only responses recieved are automated and there is no phone number to call. Have had to open a case with PayPal as cant afford to lose that money. For such a prestigious brand, the service is a shambles. If you want a product from this range I suggest going to an actual store. The website is a complete rip off!.

Update. PayPal ruled in my favour and it ended up that Pat McGrath issued a full refund.

Still trying to find out how to return and refund items. It says to send an email but they're unresponsive on email. Didn't include a return label or address with the package. So literally avoiding giving people a refund! Stay far far away. I thought Pat Mcgrath as a huge name would have much better service than this scamming vibes.

Made an order while a sale was on as the prices were excellent compared to ordering from uk stores, then of course I read the reviews here and started worrying! All I can say is I had a fantastic experience. ordered on the Wednesday evening and arrived through dhl on the Monday only 5 days to ship to uk, for free shipping this is amazing. no customs as was promised on the website and everything was perfect intact and packaged well.
Would definitely order from the website again

Ordered and paid for goods on July 12th 23. Queried the dispatch the following week, received a generic response that stated my order would be dispatched within a week. A week passed, sent another email and received exactly the same response. Another week passed so I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. Astounded when I received exactly the same response as previously and my cancellation request was ignored. I ended up filing a PayPal claim which was successful. Dreadful company and even worse customer service. If you are tempted to order anything my advice would be to use PayPal!!

Placed an order on 3rd of July, my money left mt account on 9th of July and since then nothing has happened. The order is still marked as unfulfilled and has not shipped. I have contacted customer services over and over and I either get no response or I'm just told there is a delay. I have begged for my money back and been told this is not possible. I finally posted on Pat McGrath's Instagram page and she/her team responded immediately saying the order would shipped the next day. Needless to say, it didn't. I waited another 3 days and contacted customer services again, and have been ignored again. I'll now be raising a dispute on the transaction with my bank and hopefully they can claw my money back. I am honestly astounded at how poor this service has been from a brand that charges such a premium. So stressed and disappointed.

I placed an order on the 13 and 14 July and still have not received it. I emailed customer service who claim they will get in 24 hours and have received absolutely no reply. It is a shame that such an amazing make up artist with such good products should have a company that delivers below parr service. Really disappointed. The product is not cheap and is certainly worth the money, but surely profits would allow for better customer service

I am writing this review in case it helps anyone else. I last shopped at this store in November/December of 2022. It was seriously the biggest online shopping regret I have to date. Items were missing from my order (like half of it) and when I mailed things back for a refund, they never gave a refund or a response for months. I don't know how this business is still in practice. I would never want the customer service I received here just for some sparkling eyeshadow or lipstick. I thought this company would be bankrupt by now. There were so many social media complaints about ordering issues but they would delete the comments. Customer service never responded to my email inquiries and I had no other option but to dispute the charges on three separate orders. Pat McGrath did rebut my dispute but I also rebuted their rebuttal with my evidence and whatever emails they responded admitting they got my items to return but couldn't refund me because of the charge back. What a terrible business. But I had the last laugh because I WON all my three charge backs. I got my money back and they got what they deserved for not caring to even do basic functions like timely process returns or include everything you order. I will never shop here again or give them a dime. There's tons of makeup companies out there that actually have a great customer service so I will shop there instead. But, this negative experience has me upset about even shopping online for makeup. They sort of ruined my perspective of the beauty industry.

I returned 4 items valued at £168. Pat Mcgrath deny receipt of my return package and not giving me my refund. Their customer services is an automated response service which is so frustrating. Up until now I have been a very satisfied customer who bought regularly. Another misleading thing is, you place your order with a UK site but have to return to USA which costs a bomb. WILL BE BUYING AGAIN.

Ordered on their UK website. Emailed when I didn't receive any follow up email and was just sent a standard copy and paste reply from their website which didn't answer my question about the delay in delivery.

Then after 2 weeks I received an email with a partial refund without any explanation of what was refunded or why. Again, I emailed and they said they didn't have the item in stock and just refund without communicating with you first.

Customer service is terrible. Communication is terrible. Selling items on their website which they don't have in stock. For a high end company with such expensive products it's a complete shambles.
