Non existent customer service

I have been promised to receive 2 freebies (via email from same customer service) aside my order and I am waiting for them ever since. I have received the order a month ago and when I asked the customer service about the freebies I have not received any reply despite multiple emails every couple of days. This is appalling given how expensive and luxurious PMG products are. PMG if you want to survive you need to invest in an excellent customer service and fast shipping (3-4 weeks waiting time in 21st century really???) and don't promise on something you don't want to deliver!! I am so disappointed by this complete ignorance and unprofessional treatment that I do not think I will order from this website ever again. Douglas also has PMG products and more promotions and fast shipping.

The customer services is an absolute…

The customer services is an absolute disgrace for such a high end product. Ordered product 2 weeks ago in the sale ! Now have been told my items are sold out after I chased my order!!🤬 funny that! It’s now in stock today at full price! It seems the USA market has priority. Reading online loads of other customers are of the same opinion.I messaged customer services and asked if they would honour the price from my original order that they cancelled,have heard nothing.

I gave it no stars previously as my emails got ignored for weeks.

Eventually I managed to get Candiss who managed to resolve this in no time.

Really appreciate your help, hopefully your managers can give you some credit as you are a great asset to the company.

Absolutely no answer from CS

I made an order about 3 weeks ago and it is still listed as unfulfilled on the website. Sent an email to customer service (CS) and a few days later, they just issue a $50 refund with no formal email to state why they were refunding me 10% of my original purchase. What am I to expect? Is this to apologise for the delays? Are they just saying "forget it, take this and shut up, you're not getting the rest of your money or the products shipped to you". Whether I get my full refund, get the stuff I ordered or neither, I will never buy from PMG again. If there's no action taken by mid-Feb, I'll have to take it up to the bank.

It's a shame I can't give ZERO stars…

It's a shame I can't give ZERO stars because even by giving one I'm being generous.
Customer service is completely non existent.
If you place an order online you just need to hope to never have any issues otherwise you're on your own.
I'm just so shocked and disappointed that a company so well renowned would completely ignore paying customers if they need support.
I've had to wait for nearly TWO months to receive my order, only to open the box and find only one of the two items I had ordered.
That would be disappointing and annoying but ok if I had received a refund for the product that was missing, but I DIDN'T! They charged me for the entire order but only shipped one item.
This is dishonest and unprofessional to say the least.
Shame on them.

Placed an order on 16/11

Update: Just as I was about to apply for refund on PayPal, the parcel actually turned out! No items were missing so I’ve upgraded my review. Having said that, I’m not likely to order from them again as the discount not worth for all those waiting and worrying!

…. Placed an order on 16/11, still waiting. The tracking number they provided was somewhat dodgy. It seemed to me that Every time I emailed customer service querying about the status of my shipment, the tracking gets moved a bit, then no activities until I sent another email enquiry. It’s just so bazar, nothing like other international shipping I had experienced before. I’m kinda regret ordering from them, next time I’d rather order from Sephora, although will cost me more, but at least I know I’ll definitely get it.

Have you no professionalism???

I wished I read these mostly (very) bad reviews about ordering with Pat McGrath before. My order from 10 days ago has still to be processed according to the Global-e website. Trying to get in touch with the PmG customer service but unfortunately no luck so far. I am flabbergasted by the ignorance of this company about these reviews. Reading these reviews gets me thinking that it is good luck from now on.

I’m not sure why people are saying…

I’m not sure why people are saying avoid - if you paid PayPal you get your money back. That’s the point of PayPal protection

That aside - don’t use this site as they DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS !!

they expect you to send any returns back at your own cost to New York!

I can’t afford to do that. So lesson learnt. But from uk websites who have free returns

No delivery - nor a Customer Service answer

I ordered the holiday palette on 1st December and was promised a delivery until 17.12.2021. Not, five weeks later, I did not receive the palette, the tracking status is lost and PMG's so-called "Customer Service" did not even reply within 9 day to my mails. Very very poor for a luxury make-up brand that claims to be "so curious to know what our appreciated customers think about our incomparable products - we can't wait to hear from you". This behaviour is ridiculous, especially for their extraordinary high prices. You should really think twice before ordering anything from here.
For comparison: I ordered twice from Anastasia BH during Black Friday and Christmas time and received my order without any delays within 10 days from the US.

Zero customer service, they just cancel your order without sending refund emails they promised!

I placed my order on December 6 and it's December 15. One and a half weeks later, my order has not even shipped out.

As a customer, i was not made aware that international orders at PatMcGrath.com are outsourced to some other company.

When i contacted customer service, no one got back to me. When you lodge a complain on Facebook, no one gets back to you either!

At this rate, i had to contact the authorities to get my money back. Global-e - order number GE1770458842US

Utterly non existent customer service.

Utterly non existent customer service. Made an order and 2 weeks after, got an automated email saying, 'its going to be delayed' then a further week to process the order and another week to actually ship the items. The whole time I was trying to get some sort of update on what was going on/timeframes. Not one email of communication from them regarding this to date. I still don't have my products.

Doesn't care at all

Okay, about delivery we already know, for me it took 2 weeks for them just to SEND my purchase.
But! The biggest disappointment is that 2 of 3 lipsticks were not perfect at all. One was broken, and another has broken package. Is it a level of luxury brand? No. It was my first and last experience.

Good products but very long delivery times

I ordered an eyeshadow palette and a lip gloss directly from the Pat McGrath website. The products are of good quality and the eye shadows are really pigmented and beautiful. My only gripe would be the delivery time which took 4 weeks and when I sent an email to customer services asking for a dispatch date I didn't get a response which was disappointing.

Missing key items in a kit

I ordered a kit and it is missing two essentials- the palette and mascara! They didn’t email me to inform me that it wouldn’t be in my shipment. I have been emailing them and have gotten no answer. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I am super disappointed and wish I saw these reviews before I purchased from their site. I will not be buying from them again.

Non-existent customer service, waiting for product nearly a month later

Placed an order at the end of November. After waiting over a week for postage, my order arrived with a damaged eyeshadow palette. I contacted customer services who agreed to replace the item. They said it would be dispatched soon.. it is now late December and I don’t have my item. Over 3 weeks since I ordered. Customer service unable/unwilling to help and at this point they have just ignored my emails completely. Honestly worst experience. Would avoid.

Ordered 3 items, the color of lipstick looked great online, but once I tried it, once....so orange, looked really bad. I mean orange!

I go online to see about how to send a return, they won't let you return if item used!
How are you supposed to know with your skin color unless you try it? Plus, some foundations and so forth oxidizes on some people's skin, so, they're left with products can't use!

Plus, I think about people who ordered things for gifts, possibly 30 days before Christmas. And if their gifts don't work out for the recipients, they're stuck too. Definitely go with another website or another makeup company that allows for returns after Christmas. Pat McGrath does not allow.

This is bad business ethics. No pat McGrath sold in stores near me, my first experience with this company, and most definitely, my last.
I'll stick with Ulta, local Sephora's and Macy's.
Pat McGrath not worth it. Plenty of great high end cosmetics out there. Up to you if have money to waste.

Having a horrible experience with…

Having a horrible experience with patmcgrath labs. Made an order on the 3rd of December, didn’t receive any emails confirming shipping, or shipping number. Got in touch with them and they’ve informed that they are having delays on the shipments and sent me a link from DHL where I can check the status of my shipment, however it does not work, so I can’t see when it’s coming along. When I finally managed to check it out, it is still in NYC - although they have hubs in the UK (it’s a british based company, so what the hell) meaning it will not arrive for Christmas. It is a 700 billion worth company and it can’t manage to work properly, I am very disappointed.
