OK, first of all, I ain't no Rookie with these folks...been doing business for around a year now. I have NEVER had a problem or any negative issue with them, their service, or their products AND when I have a question and/or problem they respond immediately (at least by the next day). If you want to get into ring making or are already making rings you need to check them out. I'd feel silly saying anything else.

Patrick Adair Supplies customer service team has been excellent and extremely helpful. Carolyn responded quickly, was polite and kind throughout all of our exchanges and helped fix my order. The products are great and will be a long time returning customer.

I found that the supplies I order from Patrick adairs .that there are really great and I will be using them again in the new future.

Fantastic customer service and the website made buying simple and hassle free. I received my supplies in time to finish a project that I had.

Have ordered feom this company for a while now, and have to say i am thoroughly happy with the products i have received and the prompt manner in which it was processed. While the product is a bit pricier then competitors, They assist with deals and kits which in its self is a bargain for an hobbyist like myself. Most recent purchase of their polish looks to be what ive been looking for to give my rings that shine they have been lacking.

Ordered a ring blank kit with fossil and amber was better then I expected with the amber having little bugs in it...Perfect for a Jurrasic Ring

Avoid this seller! After 6 weeks of placing an order and 5 follow up emails I'm still waiting for the goods and a reply to any of my emails! It is surprising that a business would treat other businesses in this way. I will no stop sourcing any of my tools,equipment or kits from the States and either look at Europe of the Far East

Ordered materials from them the first of January. They did not ship all the materials, Then they said they would ship the fist of February, did not receive. Then there was not any returned emails of facebook dm for over a month. I am not sure I will ever get my materials from them. I am sure this company is heading into bankruptcy with all the people they take advantage of. I would not order from them ever again, neither should you.
