Item didn't match the pictures
Ordered a jacket that I needed last minute. It arrived on time but did not match the pictures that were on the website. Very disappointing. Same jacket that I received I can see on other sites for much much cheaper. Done a lot of online shopping and this is the first time this has happened to me. As I needed the jacket I had to make use of it.
