Never dissapointed
Having been into the shop numerous times and loving the whole experience, I made another purchase on line. Easy to process, pay and it arrived super quick with e mail notifications along the way. Bought my first Patrick Mavros items over 20 years ago when I lived about half a mile away from them in Harare.Now I buy from the London store.....nothing has changed in all those years.Quality..superb;Designs(both animals and jewellry) fabulous and of the highest quality and detail;customer service amazing.I so enjoy meeting Patrick and his sons every Christmas,brings back many happy memories .One of these days I'll win the Lottery and I'll buy the entire Elephant and trees sculpture that I have coveted since I first saw them in his place in Harare. This is the most beautiful jewellery I own (and I own quite a lot of it!) I wear it all the time and it is always admired by friends and family who have 'copied' my purchases. I am passionate about elephants and have much of the Zozo range and am collecting the Ben one too. I love visiting the store in London (I have also been to the one in Harare) where I always feel welcome and am looked after by helpful and friendly staff. They have the nicest lavatory in London! I always seem to miss the Christmas Safari party but will hope to do better in 2020.

World class sculptures and jewellery.
My wife and I have been lucky to have purchased many items from the collections of Patrick Mavros since 1988. The quality, accuracy and attention to the smallest details of every one of his works regardless of size is truly world class.
I would highly recommend his wonderful work.

The service is outstanding. They make you feel special even if you don't buy anything. When I first took my young teenage daughter in there years ago she said "Mum, I thought Tiffany was cool - this is way cooler".
