I think the company is doing amazing
I think the company is doing amazing. The only thing I would like to see is a discount for families in full-time ministry. Our family has utilized Patriot Mobile for several years now and we will continue. We have 5 lines with limited data that runs out each month. We are on the 3 gb plan because we cannot afford more. Wherever possible we want to support companies like Patriot who align with our values. It would be great if you offered discounts for ministry families. Also, I’ve suggested you to other families. One, who is also in ministry, said it was cost porhibitive for them. Just a suggestion. Thanks,

During the call, you decided that you wanted to wait to join the Pay It Forward program until you were able to do so for both phone numbers on your account. the unlimited data is a lie it does not…
the unlimited data is a lie it does not just slow way down it does not work at all and many times it uses cell data when im home on wi-fi so i still get small amounts of cell data charged when it should be using wi-fi

We appreciate your feedback. All Patriot Mobile plans include unlimited calling, texting, and data. Each plan provides high-speed data up to the GB amount selected, such as the 6GB plan at $40/mo. Once the high-speed allowance is reached, speeds are throttled for the rest of the billing cycle, but service continues without overage fees or loss of access. If your phone uses data while connected to Wi-Fi, you may need to disable Wi-Fi assist in settings. Please contact us for assistance!

Spam calls by the dozens everyday.
I don't know why but ever since I moved from Verizon, I'm getting more than a dozen spam calls A DAY!!!! It starts around 7 to 8 a.m. and continues past 9 p.m. at night. It's to the point now that I don't even turn the volume up, so I don't hear the ringing come through. I'm guessing that someone. AT&T, Patriot, or Verizon has sold our number to the spam world. Patriot will NOT answer the customer service number anymore. I called 611 and got AT&T their answer to the problem was to "Block" the number. I already do that, the spammers just use another number. I have no idea how they get so many numbers. I have received two spam calls that show it's from a doctor's office not just a number. AT&T also suggested that I call the "Do not call registry". Problem is that I have to put in the phone number that I want to register. I'm guessing I'd be putting in several hundred numbers with more added each day. I don't know why this is happening now, just after moving over from Verizon. I wonder if there's a limit to the number of calls that my phone will block?
