Question regarding tax filings emailed support after hours had answer by the next morning!

Patriot payroll is a great program for small business and we have used it for over 2 years. Chat support has been very helpful.

My only complaint is we had an issue with our prefund account. We had made no changes in our account at the bank or with Patriot but suddenly they could not find our account. Turned out to be a Stripe issue. Patriot still charged us two $50 fees even though it wasn't our issue. I asked if they could be waived and was denied.

I had a small problem regarding a modification to my payroll. When I reached out to customer support, the response was timely and extremely helpful, enabling me to resolve my problem immediately. I have been a customer of Patriot for several years and have found their product accurate and easy to use.

Great help with payment to employees issues

I lead a very small religious non-profit org. When I decided to move to a third-party payroll platform I did so with fear and trepidation. I am happy to say that Patriot Software has been great to work with and I love their payroll platform. Especially in the beginning I had to chat with their support staff and they were always very helpful.

We recently started using Patriot Software for payroll, and our experience so far has been very positive. As a nonprofit new to managing payroll in-house, we needed a little more guidance during setup, and their customer service team was very helpful and patient with us.

Every time we reached out, support was responsive and walked us through the process step by step instead of just pointing us to articles. That made a big difference as we learned the system.

Overall, Patriot has been easy to use, affordable, and their customer service really stands out, especially for organizations like ours that are still learning payroll processes.

I tried setting up my payroll after my accounting and had a few questions. I called and spoke to a lady that was so friendly, nice and very knowledgeable. I got everything setup and going. Looking forward to all this new program has to offer me and for a great price!

They just dont understand the needs and challenges of small business owners. It appears as if they’re operating sitting on the ivory towers. Pretty bad alignment to the business objective and competitiveness.

We needed support and was able to connect to live support in an instant. And, that tech support person was able to give us answers immediately! Extremely knowledge, and no foreign accents to deal with is a huge plus to me!

Fairly easy transition from the other online program. Patriot support was excellent. Still in the trial mode and no issues.

I am a do it yourself kind of business owner so the instructions that helped me onboard my information and set up the bank account information were easy to follow. I made a few mistakes with choice of tax start date but when I called for help, I reached a person rapidly and each time they helped me immediately. Best onboarding I have ever done and I have done many. Thanks.

My experience with Patriot Software's payroll program has been fantastic. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the accounting program. When I set it up in early January, the bank connection through Plaid was not working right. The techs at PS determined the problem was with Plaid's interface, not theirs. To Patriot's credit, they extended my free trial once this was discovered. However, a month later, Plaid had not done anything, so I pulled the plug. My thought is that perhaps Patriot needs to work with a different company than Plaid.
