I’m grateful to the company that helped me recover my money, as shown by my display name and profile image.

It all started with a random phone call from this company, claiming they help new investors get started by offering advice and market guidance. At first, it sounded like a good opportunity.

However, it quickly turned into countless daily phone calls, pressuring me to deposit more money in order to access a higher leverage account — which, of course, means you can make money faster, but also lose it just as quickly.

About a month in, after losing 40% of my total investment due to their poor advice and relentless sales tactics, I decided to stop before losing everything. Their aggressive and pushy approach made the entire experience stressful and disappointing.

Stay away, they are fraud.

If you are a beginner trader this is not for you!!!!
They will contact you and assign a senior account manager, whom is very frendly , but stay away!!! He/she will only be after your money, will provide very bad advice, even though is against their policy to give advice. They are only after your money to trade as much as possible, either because they only want their commissions or don't know any better.
I guess it is OK if you can trade on your own but don't take any advice!!!

The account manager said to me put more money to make your portfolio great i will make you very rich.

They have refused to give me all voice recordings...
Dont use this company.

Terrible dont make the mistake
biggest mistake ever i had diposited money in to patronfx and they completely stole my money, very pressuring in to deposit more money, but when you want to withdraw they dont let you and have 1001 questions to ask why you want your money even the money you make ontop they do not transfer you

First of all you get a random phone call from this company claiming they help new investors start up, and will give you advice and help learning the market. Sounds great!
However countless calls everyday trying to get you to put more money in, inorder to get a higher leverage account which will help you gain money quicker but also lose it quicker too. So about a month in and a loss of 40% of my total money invested I decided to stop the loses there due to their poor advice and aggressive calling system.
However I will say I did get my withdrawn money really quickly compared to other people on here.

ADVICE FOR EVERYONE
DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH PATRONFX.
This company is only out there to take your money without u knowing when u realise they have took money they say its in your terms and conditions... the advisors make u open a leverage account they also tell u inditectly to lie on the application to so u can open this leverage account.. once u start a trade they charge u overnight fees so its always going to be losing money over night..
Recommend everyone not to to open this account.

Scam Scam Scam !!!

As a first time trader I downloaded a well reviewed app with made me download another app and then register with this company's website. I received a phone call very shortly after from someone to talk me through my registration which I did. I then received another phone call from someone wanting to give me training which I did not want but they would not take no for an answer so eventually I had to hang up. I then received emails from this person and others in the company asking me for proof of address and a photo of my debit card which I had already uploaded. I withdrew my deposit and told them to stop emailing me and to remove my details. They told me they couldn't remove my details without the copy of my debit card which I suspect is completely illegal. I again told them to stop emailing me but I suspect they will continue and will have to report them under GDPR.

Excellent treatment and client service. Tried several trading platforms before, PatronFX is definitely the best one so far.

So far so good... I haven´t invested much yet as I´m still learning but the platform, the instruments you can trade with and fees are within what I expected.
Costumer service is bit of a pain, but I stick to what I investigate for trading.

When is come to withdraw there so bad customer service, more then a week waiting to get my money back. Still asking for Documents which is been approved when start to invest on this platform.
Not recommend at all to invest on this website.

I wanted just to monitor some assets on investment.com. Somewhere in the small print I must have agreed to patronfx.com calling me. They did so continuously every 5 days or so. They were very friendly so I did not mind at first.

However, they did not stop although I repeatedly asked them.

In the end I allowed a friendly agent on the phone to talk me into setting up the account and lose in the end an hour of of my time.

It is very suspicious if they want you to deposit money even before you had a chance to see what they offer. And I have seen some other platforms so I can compare.

What they offer is nothing special on first glance. For Cryptotrading I know other platforms that have probably lower margins, definitely do not annoy with calls and are very secure.

Luckily they accepted my cancellation request. But the need to contact them via mail instead of being able to automatically close an empty account just confirmed that they are out for my money.

The friendly person on the phone even implied that the Chinese Crypto Currency could develop similar to Bitcoin... a short research proved that this is extremely unlikely since the Chinese Crypto Currencies value is controlled by China and not by the market. So the advice is likely bad.

While they all were friendly, the business modell of actively and persistently motivating customers on the phone (aka pester) to invest and thus generate them profit no matter if the customers lose or win, is a questionable one. In the end it seems a bit like psychologically tricking people wolf of wallstreet style.

I am happy I got out before I lost anything but time. The other reviews here helped probably helped me save my money. Thank you all.

Keep bombarding with calls, and the lady Tajiana is very agreessive and seems rude to me. Giving commands as if she was my officer.

She is very rude and left meassage on my phone to morally threathened me.

Investing.com leaks my personal contact without my consent to them.

Was impressed by the level of knowledge and the top notch costumer service. From the attentive account management till the constant costumer service attention. I recommend PatronFX blindly.
