CHEATER and LIAR!
The man considers himself a professional trainer and dietitian with higher education. In fact, he has secondary education without a baccalaureate and is not a certified dietitian. Patryk Barański has completed a personal trainer course ONLINE!!! He says he's been practicing bodybuilding for almost 20 years, and the technique he's doing is shameful. He deceives people by selling them a training and dietary training service, and then, after receiving money, he blocks those who have doubts about his training methods. Instead of setting training and diet plans for specific people, he sells ready-made plans that are available for free on the internet. This man is a cheater. I do not recommend!
