After some pretty bad experiences with our previous supplier, wrong dates on certs and labels, contacting our clients directly etc. Working with PATTCO has been an absolute pleasure. The communication from Tracy and Louise is excellent, their teams are always on time and conduct themselves professionally in our luxury retailer clients premises. Pattco have been providing a PAT testing service to Verwood Town Council for 5 years. The company is reliable and the engineers are thorough.

Had an EICR completed, followed by remedial works, distribution board update, and installation of new circuits. The team was punctual, efficient, and offered competitive pricing. Highly recommended for any electrical work.

Now, PATTCO ... you have a wonderful lady who I have the privilege of dealing with, called Tracy Burrage. She must be PATTCO's top consultant because she always gets everything just right! Her response an any query is super fast, she is always courteous & friendly but ever so professional and when I see her name on the email, I know that all will be well with the FM world.
