Collection call during the worst cyber-attack ever

Dental insurance claims filings have been hindered by a recent cyberattack. Our income has been devastated. Patterson software has been crippled. They are keenly aware of this. So they have the nerve to make a collection call and threaten to shut off the software just when we can begin to get out claims following their convoluted work around.

Horrible company… they charge 18%…

Horrible company… they charge 18% finance charges. They overcharge for their supplies. Terrible customer service. Run for the hills. You will get screwed like I did. Definitely the worst experience with a dental company in my 25 years of practice.

A mindless company

Patterson sent three different technicians to repair our chair light. On the first visit (4/04/23), the technician stated that we needed a new transformer and that Patterson could not obtain it. So I showed him a transformer from a dental equipment supplier which he felt would work. I purchased the transformer and Patterson sent a second technician to install it (4/11/23). However, the transformer would not work and the second technician said that we were not getting power to the light and that I should get electricians to remedy the problem. I sent the transformer back to paying $40 for shipping and restocking. I had electricians evaluate the lack of power, but they said that the light was getting power and this cost me $400. We purchased another transformer which a third technician installed (4/19/23). I made my concerns known when they asked for a review, but never heard back from anyone. I then sent to concerns to our local Patterson office and they dropped charges associated with the second technician visit, but charged us 3 service charges for delaying our payment. I had delayed paying until I was satisfied with Patterson's attention to the debacle.
