I cannot recommend Pattinson Estate Agents in Bedlington highly enough. They have been my letting agents since I moved into my flat on 1st November 2025, and throughout that time they have always been professional, approachable and incredibly helpful.
More recently, they guided me through the purchase of the very flat I had been renting, and I officially became the owner on Friday. Buying a property can be a stressful experience, but Faye and Jane at the Bedlington office were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered any questions I had promptly, and went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Their support, patience and genuine care made a huge difference, and I am extremely grateful for everything they have done for me over the years. If you're looking for an estate and letting agent that truly puts its customers first, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pattinsons Bedlington.

I've lived at a Pattinson property since 2023 and have never had any complaints. Service is always quick and efficient -- just this month I had the lawn mowed within a week of requesting it and some faulty plumbing sorted out within 48 hours. Highly recommended!

It’s been an amazing experience very friendly from the moment they came to value my home they made me feel very comfortable and they were very professional throughout and the after sales once my offer was accepted they kept me in the loop and up to date once a week on the progressing absolutely amazing shout out for Jonny !!!!! he was just fab thank you sooooo much for your professionalism throughout my sale of my home and I would definitely recommend as i was prior Reccomend to putting my home up for sale I think going the extra mile is so important to the smaller details of the process which helps so much as it’s so stressful to say the least !! So pleased I used Pattinsons to sell two flats I had. I was extremely pleased with their service and so lucky to be assigned Carly List at Regional as my agent. The flats were almost derelict and she suggested a low starting bid auction which was a quite genius move and she publicised the sale so expertly that I got more than three times what I expected! Carly was just brilliant. She was extremely friendly and easy going, but also very shrewd and astute at getting a quite unbelievable price for me. It felt like I was in her team and she made the whole process really easy and actually a lot of fun. I'd had bad experiences of estate agents previously but Pattinsons were so different. Can't praise them and Carly enough. Would definitely use them again.

I've always found Pattinson to be professional and easy to deal with, and my recent experience with Kaya Riches was no exception.

I contacted Kaya regarding an invoice that had unexpectedly become overdue. She responded promptly, investigated the issue straight away, and identified that an internal job had not been created, which meant the invoice had not been uploaded for payment. Kaya took ownership of the matter immediately, apologised for the oversight, and arranged for the invoice to be included in the next payment run.

What impressed me most was the speed of the response, clear communication, and willingness to resolve the issue without any delay. Mistakes can happen in any business, but it's how they're handled that matters, and Kaya dealt with it professionally from start to finish.

Lauren Hughes valued and worked on the property. Lauren was professional and friendly, she came well prepared with information to hand. She did a great job and nothing was too much trouble, she went out of her way to make sure we were happy with everything. If we had any questions she was there to respond.

The house was under offer in less than a week - we would definitely recommend this estate agents.

I concluded on a property on this day. Whilst some of us might watch 'trash TV' such as Bargain Hunt, this was my first ever auction. So, no Toby Jug, although, your primary home. All whom I interacted with were professional, friendly, and efficient. Technically we concluded slightly over the legal period, although zero grumbling from this organisation. I don't rule out another interaction in future.

Carly is a very knowledgeable and experienced agent. Very nice to deal with and punctual with appointments. My property has taken a while to sell but that is down to the location and type of property. The agents worked hard to get a sale.
