I was at first somewhat sceptical about buying at auction.

I won't lie, the reservation fee feels a little steep but in the end the process has gone well.

Adam Stewart was both tenacious and fair, looking to put together a deal that was acceptable to all parties.

Having never sold a house and having to sell my family members in a unexpected turn of events I had no idea what to do.

From a leaflet randomly being posted to a phone call the Pattinson auctions explained everything clearly to me and gave me the confidence to sell the house through them. Originally Jacqui was really helpful but to be honest this stepped up with Hollie Edwards taking over the sale! I have nothing but praise and thanks for her. She explained everything, answered my questions and helped get an unexpectedly high sale price for the house and quick too!
Hollie kept me updated how things were going and gave great advice!

What made my experience very good was Adam Stewart who was extremely helpful throughout a somewhat stressful experience. He always answered queries promptly and did everything he could to sort out the problems we encountered. The other staff at Pattinson's were very good too - it's four stars rather than five because of what are, I imagine, the inevitable stresses of an online auction system and the extremely high costs. Adam managed to negotiate a reduction for me, which I was very grateful for, but it would be better still if they weren't so high in the first place.

I have just exchanged contracts on my house which was sold by modern auction with Pattinsons. I’m really chuffed with the result as the house is in a compulsory purchase zone and for cash buyers only, but it sold for £115k above the guide price. There was a lot of effort by the local agent Kearns to arrange viewings, and from the Pattinsons sales team in talking to potential bidders. Adam Stewart was the sales agent and I found him to be clear and communicative, and genuinely keen to help achieve the best sale price possible. A big thank you.

Fee's are ridiculous, then a call centre that rings (even when abroad) to leave pointless messages, I've asked several times to be removed form this system - Texts, Emails, Calls just keep coming - the estate agent version shambles, all they are interested in is their ridiculous fees - Please leave me alone.

They are doing business technically, only thinking about themself not anybody else.
One of my local estate agent guy sent me to them, while my property on the market with two good reputed estate agent.
They got me to take off my property from other estate agents saying that I can pull out as I am on 14 days cooling period.
They the have market my property saying that they will put reserved price £285,000 whereas I told them I wont sell my property if it is below £305,000.
When they market I can see they put guide price £165,000, I thought thats probably how they are doing auction. Then after a week when I speak to a sells guy he said Property will be sell in £285,000 as I sign the agreement, I was shocked!!!
When I told them that I was not explained properly about the reserved price then they are saying I already sign the contact. As I am within the 14 days cooling period, I told them to cancel the agreement then They saying I have to pay £360 to cancel the agreement.
So they think for other agents 14 days cooling period applies but on them there are charges.
I would never recommend anyone for this dishonest auction company.

After being on the market for over 2 months with our local agent, they recommended that we try the secure sale option, which we were skeptical about it at first but 3 weeks into the cycle ans we had an offer above the asking price.
Holly was great but the after sale communication was 1st class and I have already told my brother to use these guys.
