I had a good experience with Pattinson’s despite not winning the auction. Lauren who was my contact looked after me well and her communication was first rate. Am at Wallers estate agents arranged the viewings and couldn’t have been more helpful or flexible. I would bid with them again.

Pattinsons were very helpful in our property purchase. It was the first time we'd participated in an online auction. The staff who showed us the property were very helpful and we were supported by a very responsive auction manager Steph who explained the process, helped us register and, guided us through through the bidding process and then helped work us through the documentation after we successfully won the auction. All in all, very impressive!

I would definitely recommend Pattinson Auctions. It took two auction cycles (so don't be put off if you don't sell first time) and thanks to the work put in by Pattinsons we had an amazing result with people bidding against each other. Stephanie in particular was extremely helpful and friendly and explained every part of the process clearly.

this has been a perfect and very pleasant way of selling a property.. thanks to stephanie in particular ..she kept in touch throughout the process . anybody hesitant to use modern auctions should not be .. thanks again stephanie..

Anybody dealing with this unethical company stay clear. I had agreed a private sale with a seller. Pattinson then threatened the seller with a massive bill. They put the house up for auction without telling seller. The seller was selling there mums house after she passed away. They took advantage of the situation and the solicitor they provided has no moral code which is Clark of Morpeth. They told the estate agent that probate Wath through before the seller.All in all the 2 companies put money before bereavement or peoples feelings. Stay clear of these 2 immoral and unethical companies who put money before anything else

Don't waste your time! Call after call from Pattinson each week to persuade me to put my property through auction with them, when I finally decided to give them a go, it was a different story altogether. I could never get through to Holly for an update on progress, one week I tried calling twice a day leaving messages but nothing at all back. I could see all the viewing requests through their online portal but only around 15% of these converted into actual viewings, which for me suggestions a clear lack of consistent, timely follow ups, which didn't come as a massive surprise considering my experience of communication with them. Once my locked in contracted period was up I immediately moved the listing to a another agent where the property sold within a few weeks.

I sold my house via auction through Pattinson, the best estate agent I could ever ask for. From the very first phone call to the last, they guided me through the whole process, advised me with their honesty and professionalism, even helped me to sort out matters that I think it’s not their job description. This is my first time selling the house and also via auction, the service and advice I received from Pattinson made me felt as if I have been through the process many times. I strongly recommend Pattinson. They really value their customers and will ensure that you are treated with the best!

Big shout out to Chloe and Hollie, really excellent start to finish. Was my first auction but they answered all my questions clearly and supported me brilliantly throughout the whole process. 10/10.

Why is someone who bought my wifes, mothers house on my doorstep. I'm sure data breaches, confidentiality apply to them too.
Barge pole isnt long enough.
They were okay in the 90's though.

Polite, but don't expect them to step over the bureaucratic red tape for you though.

If you're in such a crisis. Stick with the 1 year waiting times for social housing. This is not an option for DSS claimants or people in an emergency situation.

I have 6 years of stellar reviews, no record of missing payments, but I'm still expected to involve third parties in my housing situation.

Pretty much the same as any other estate agent to be honest. Not good or Bad.

Were property buyers and frankly if Pattinsons had the perfect house and a low price, we still wouldn't touch the deal with a barge pole!

Stephanie Baker was excellent. She talked me through the bidding process and was very understanding as this is our first time we've bought anything at an auction. She pushed the vendor's legal team to clarify aspects of the title and updated the legal pack to the satisfaction of our conveyancers, all within 24 hours, which then gave us the confidence to bid.

It is now being handled by their Sales progression team and I hope we receive as professional and friendly a person as Stephanie. Many thanks.

The agreements with Pattinson auctioneer was for 2 months only.
During the first few weeks we only had visitors.
Therefore the first auction was unsuccessful.
In the second attempts had no visitors. Second auction failed. 3 months waste of time and they could not sell my house

I have just bought a flat via pattinson the service was very good and they have keep communicating with me at all stages. I have dealt with Ms Stephanie Baker she was really good in negotiating and bear in mind i am a very difficult customer to deal with. The service was great. Very happy and will surely highly recommend them and Stephanie i cant keep thanking her. Great customer service well done.

Be very Careful - i found the whole process very misleading - i was led to believe the initial deposit payment of £1,000 by card was just to show i was serious and that i would lose it if i pulled out - but when i pulled out before the end of the bidding process i was told i was liable for the £30K deposit in total!, even thought i asked at the beginning if i would be liable and was told i would not. I felt dupped and misled. Do not believe what the agent tells you or get it in writing before doing anything or consult a solicitor who can check their terms.

Please make sure Iain calls me back regarding the issues highlighted in my email today regarding the online auction conducted by the Blyth branch manager. Don’t say to email or call the auction team because I’ve done that. If Iain can’t call me please get someone like Justin to call.

Although I’ve already emailed him too and not received a reply.

I’m getting the impression higher management just let them branches do what they like, ethical practices don’t matter as long as they get the sale.

I was given grate support and guidance from Stephanie baker she very helpful and very understanding and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for advise on properties through auction.
