After sending three emails about a…

After sending three emails about a refund for a defective charging outlet, I've received no response from the company, which is quite frustrating and reflects poorly on their accountability.This network proves to be unreliable, and using their service with a Motability charge card offers no advantages, as the rates remain unchanged. Essentially, you pay the same as others, yet when you truly need assistance, their support is nonexistent.For those who prioritize customer service and dependability, I highly recommend exploring other options.

We have checked our records and cannot find any previous enquiries or a customer account under your name. To clarify, Paua no longer provides customer support for the Motability charging scheme. Refunds and charger issues for that scheme are handled directly by Motability, who can be contacted on 0300 456 4566.

That said, we do not want anyone feeling ignored. If you believe this issue relates directly to Paua, please email support@pauatech.com with the details and we will review it promptly.

Laura and the whole team at Paua are brilliant, couldn't recommend enough to anyone else, customer service is always top notch and super helpful (and honestly we could learn from them!)

A happy Fleet Manager

I run a fleet of company vehicles and using this card has made the EV section much easier to deal with. Great coverage, brilliant customer service, I'm extremely glad I signed us up to these cards.

So easy to use

The RFID card is so simple to use, no issues at all in using over a week of the A to Z ev rally. So many charge points available to use with the card made it a breeze through the week.

Very easy to use!

Very easy to use! The card works on almost every public charger I have tried which makes charging on my journeys more stress free. No more downloading multiple apps or struggling to input card details on dodgy payment sites!

Toured the uk with Paua

Great Paula experience ce

I was lucky enough to take part in the AtoZ EV rally, and the use of the Paua RFID card made everything so simple! It could be used across so many different EV Charging points from motorway services to hidden away chargers nestled in a countryside farm shop. I really loved the look of RFID card, it stands out from other cards you may carry in your purse/ wallet. It got us from AtoZ quite literally.

Has never let me down

Was sceptical about these cards but I can honestly say it has never let me down, I once used 3 different debit cards, none of which worked and then tried the paua card and it worked instantly. It is a seamless system for our business and is so easy compared to our last provider. Their new way of connecting billing with employee home charging is very exciting as it’s an admin nightmare currently

Just having a Paua card makes it so…

Just having a Paua card makes it so much easier for me when I need to use public EV charging. Knowing that all I need to do is tap the card and plug in, means I don’t have to faff around with apps etc. Paua is connected to so many EV Charging Companies too, which makes the experience seamless.

Brilliant British innovation on the…

Brilliant British innovation on the road to net zero.
We use Paua all the time on the road and it makes charging a piece of cake. But what really makes Paua stand out (apart from the pink shirts and glasses) is the passion of the team behind it. Love your work guys.

Paua as a roaming partner

We worked with Paua as a roaming service provider, that enabled those who wouldn’t normally access our charge points, do so with ease and minimum fuss.

From the initial commercial agreement, through development/testing and on to go-live and support, Paua were easy to deal with and totally professional.

Their market insights and knowledge were first rate and highly valuable to Liberty Charge.

More for a company to track its staff usage.

this is just a credit card for paying for evs. Good for a company but irrelevant for a single user.ill stick to ZAPMAP and my credit card. I can easily cancel my credit card if I loose it. If I loose PAUA card I could end up with a big bill as I wouldn’t be using it all the time like a credit card and wouldn’t necessarily notice it missing.

All business owners and their drivers have the ability to freeze cards should they be lost via their live interactive dashboard. With visibility of all data and real time notifications of charging it is unlikely the scenario you describe would occur. We understand the concern and have built tools for our users to manage this risk. However as noted we do not believe this is a genuine review.
