A very poor and upsetting experience and an unreasonable refusal to offer any refund
After an initial meeting I was unimpressed with the proposal and decided not to go ahead with a second consultation after having thought about the incompatibility of the proposals and my tastes and plans for my new £2.5million Palladian style property. When I tried to cancel and asked for a refund I was passed on to Alice who has refused to refund the £1,500 up front payment and had ignored my latest emails proposing a very generous settlement while I am very busy with work and the new property and my father’s cancer treatment, including two recent operations. They flatly refuse a refund despite having provided almost none of the service. It became clear they were just trying to get me to buy lots of items I didn’t like and which didn’t work for my property. Melissa was very pleasant throughout and I could have worked with her but Paula was not compatible and Alice had just been rude and intransigent on any refund despite knowing my circumstances. The experience has been very unpleasant and has delayed the furnishing of my house and the ability for my family to spend time there, including my father’s recuperation. I would avoid completely.
