We cannot recommend Paul Grannelli Jewellery highly enough. We picked up our wedding bands last week and they were absolutely perfect. Both Paul and Christine were extremely friendly and professional to deal with. The customer service we received was second to none!. We will definitely be returning again soon.

Was advised NOT to order because of expected delivery time (5 weeks) went ahead and watch arrived in 3 weeks. Can't ask more than to be advised of situation, excellent service, brilliant price.

I am absolutely flabbergasted by the level of utter incompetence being shown by this company and its employees. I purchased a Tag Heuer watch for my 21 year son on 11 May 18 and I appreciated that it would take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. I approached the company last week asking for confirmation that the item would definitely be delivered before 14th Jun 18. After several phone calls I am non the wiser and have been spun a Web of false promises from the get go! 2 emails have also been sent and we are still no further forward. Absolutely disgusting. So today I inform the company that I wish to cancel the order and request a full refund I am astonished to find out that they are unable to do that until tomorrow due to nobody being available. I am so annoyed and as a consumer I have been let down badly; I am now in two minds to approach trading standards to establish my rights as I believe that if I ask for a refund I should get it right away.

I would highly recommend Paul and his staff to everyone. After initial discussion Paul knew exactly what I wanted for my wife's 50th and sourced a fantastic piece of jewellery. Nothing was too much hassle and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.

Great seller, professional and a pleasure doing business with.

Bought a 10 year old Rolex Daytona box and papers. Watch was perfectly described, all tags, booklets inner and outer box as well as original paperwork was present. Over the moon with my bespoke diamond ring. Paul was extremely helpful with guiding me in the design process and choosing the perfect diamond.
