Customer service was very friendly
Customer service was very friendly. We called them at 10am last Tuesday and booked in for a collection on Thursday. They came on time and jumped straight into removing our fridge, mattress, dishwasher amongst a number of other household junk.

Paul is wonderful on the phone
Paul is wonderful on the phone. Price $6,000.00 to remove a kitchen in a apartment that was 2.7 long. On 2 sides. I think outrageously expensive considering he was there 1.5 hours. At most. He only used a sledgehammer and a crowbar. Messy and loud the damage to the walls could end up being $6,000 to fix. He cost more than half of a new kitchen. Definitely no recycling happening. Most of the kitchen pieces taken out with care could be used again. On booking l asked for a smaller vehicle. 2:1 height restrictions. He said no problem. He turns up in his truck and my job went up two thousand.

He makes it as he goes. I was definitely done over!

Daylight robbery
Was in a hurry to get a very small amount of rubbish removed. I would have expected $200 would have been reasonable but they wanted $600. I reckon Paul is paying off some huge mansion somewhere and Lamborghini. I also think many of the reviews on other review sites have been written by his friends. Daylight robbery.

Paul and his team are real professionals. They cleaned up our furniture rubbish and even brought out the household garbage with them----with no extra cost!
