The experience was fantastic
Overall the experience was fantastic, we really enjoyed visiting the parks and saw all the animals we hoped to see. The accommodation was amazing and we enjoyed each and every lodge and would be happy to return. We got some fantastic photos and made great memories However some of the days were very long and
exhausting. There were a few moments
where we would've appreciated better communication, for example with the tyre puncture situation and details regarding lunch stops (3pm is too late when breakfast was at 7am). The 4x4 was clean, comfortable, good access with the pop-up roof to spot the animals and good driving.
We are very happy about the experience from the call to talk about our trip to the drop off at the end of our safari.

A beautifully organized family safari with our four children. Every one of our wishes was thoughtfully and effortlessly incorporated into the itinerary. Complaint Regarding Recent Serengeti National Park Safari
Dear Peter,
This letter expresses our extreme dissatisfaction with the recent Serengeti National Park Safari we booked through your agency. Our expectations were not met in several crucial areas:
* Vehicle Condition: The safari vehicle provided was in a poor state of repair and appeared quite old. This significantly impacted our comfort and safety during game drives.
* Food Quality: The food served throughout the safari was unacceptable. It did not meet our dietary requirements (Halal) and was consistently of poor quality.
* Tour Guide Behavior: Our assigned tour guide exhibited an arrogant and negligence and unprofessional demeanor, which detracted from the overall safari experience.
* Wildlife Sightings: We were deeply disappointed by the limited number of wildlife sightings during the safari.
* Accommodation: We were promised a good hotel but were instead placed in a tented camp that we found to be inadequate and even somewhat frightening.
The overall experience was deeply depressing and a complete waste of our time, money, and energy.
We expect a refund for this unsatisfactory safari.

Accommodation: We are surprised to hear your dissatisfaction with the accommodation. The hotel provided was a luxury option, selected based on the amount you paid. While we strive to offer the best possible experience for our guests, expectations can sometimes vary. We will ensure that future descriptions and expectations are clear to prevent any misunderstandings.
Vehicle Condition: We are confident that the vehicle provided is in excellent condition and widely used by other guests without issue. The vehicle’s condition, including the air conditioning, meets our high standards for safari travel. However, as the safari is set in the open, natural environment, the use of air conditioning may not always be applicable, as the cool breeze of the savannah often provides a comfortable alternative. We have not received similar complaints from other guests regarding this vehicle, and we’ll be looking into your feedback closely.
Wildlife Sightings: We understand that seeing wildlife is one of the highlights of any safari, but as you may know, wildlife sightings are not guaranteed and can vary due to factors beyond our control. The Serengeti is a vast, wild environment, and animal movements can be unpredictable. We always do our best to take guests to prime viewing spots, but nature ultimately dictates the experience.
We believe that the safari experience you received aligned with the services and pricing associated with the package you booked. While we truly regret that certain aspects of your trip were not as expected, we are unable to offer a refund under these circumstances.

First, the agenda arranged by Paul tours was outstanding. I cannot imagine creating a tour anywhere close to as good as what they recommended and put together for us. Our Guide George. If I ever have an opportunity to do this again I’m going to track him down! His knowledge of the areas, local culture, animals, friendly personality…I cannot say enough about George. Peter for taking care of our accommodations, arranging the balloon Safari (do it) and the last minute Kilimanjaro visit the day we left. He made sure every need we had was met. Finally, the adventure itself. Every game drive, the animals, the accommodations (we did the budget friendly) were truly spectacular. There is no way Paul tours will disappoint. You will have the adventure of a lifetime!

Unforgettable Experience
We booked 5 days Safari tour with Paul Tour Safari for our family of 2 in Tarangire, Serengeti and NgoroNgoro. The tour was outatanding and our guide Hasan did his very best to exceed our expectations. We were able to spot all BIG5! Paul Tours tailored our tour as requested and booked our flight from and to Zanzibar with Precision Air.
The car was comfortable and Hassan cleaned it every morning. Lodges were super nice and prepared good lunch boxes for us. In the car we had WiFi, fridge with drinks and binoculars. We also enjoyed open roof very much!
I highly reccomend Paul Tour Safari Team and guide Hassan for unforgettable experience in Tanzania!

A very professional safari provider with experience
When we were planning our trip we found Paul Tour Safari Online. We liked the fact they were locally owned and operated in Tanzania but were nervous as we had no experience with them. We are very happy with how our trip was planned and executed. The Paul Tours office staff were excellent communicators and quickly followed up on any queries. We wanted some customization to our tour which they easily accomodated. Our tour guide Hassan was great. He is a fantastic driver, had an eagle eye to spot animals and was a great tour companion. He also took impeccable care of the tour vehicle ensuring it was cleaned every night and maintained. Was a life changing vacation I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time in Serengeti, Ngorogoro and Tarangire! Paul arranged everything and we did not have to do a thing. All the accommodation was too-notch with all three tasty meals included.
