Staff were very attentive & kind to an elderly lady which enabled the sale of a Handbag to my Mother in law . It was just what she was looking for . As she so does love quality in what she buys this was given by Pavers with reasonable prices .

Staff were friendly and helpful. Wide range of selections & styles. I got a fantastic deal on a pair of trainers. Definitely recommend shopping here as there is a great deal of different brands etc. Great prices & also got an extra discount on the day. I'm sure they would have the style you are looking for. 5 stars.

Great customer service by Helen who was friendly and professional... She help me find the right fit and make a choice between a couple of pairs. So happy to have found a pair great value real leather boots - highly recommend pavers in the outlet swindon

Absolutely fabulous staff, at 40 Southwater Telford shopping centre, so helpful without being pushy. Which is the best type of service. Actually found so many shoes that fit me which never happens being a size 2 or 3 in wide fit and bought 6 pairs because it was such a lovely place and I actually could! Fantastic shopping experience will 100% be back for more in the future.

I bought a pair of boots in York Outlet store. A few days later I went to spray protection on the boots, and realised they were actually a size 5, and I thought they were size 6. I phoned up the store, and they did not have any size 6. However, they found some in Hull. Katie (York store), phoned Hull to confirm they actually had the boots , and after a few issues, got Karen (Hull Store) to put the boots aside for me to try the next day. In Hull, both Karen and Debbie gave me loads of time and advice, and I ended up exchanging the boots for the size 6. A huge thank you to Katie, Karen and Debbie for all your patience, and effort.

I ordered a pair of boots but Royal Mail lost them straight away customer service gave me a refund and very helpful and keep you up to date, I then picked another pair of boots and received them straight away and they was great very comfortable and look good on.
